This is the best little bar downtown on Cherry Street. Its not just for the younger generation, also different themes/decorations which keeps the drink menu interesting so that means the drinks are always awesome, if you don't know what to order let the bartender decide for you, you won't be disappointed!! A little tricky to get in, but once you figure it out, its worth the experience. The owner is a cool guy!! He is very talented in making/mixing drinks!! Definitely a must try!! Check them out, they also serve non alcoholic beverages and have a small menu. So even if you don't drink, enjoy the scenic view and meet the awesome people

I have to update my review we have been coming for out of town to visit this bar for about 5 years. This year 2025 it seems to have lost it authenticity. This drink were hit and miss had to send one back it was so bad and still got charged $15 for it. They need more staff also. After this experience we probably are done drinking 3 hours to visit this bar we use to love so much.... also we had 7 people and they couldn't split our checks up so one person had to pay that was very inconvenient.

I think the concept is cool, but the experience was not 5-stars for us.
The place is very dark and pretty loud. We wanted to see what the hype was all about, so we planned to just get one drink and head out. We had two servers (confusing) but seemingly still had bad service? Each one thought the other was getting our drinks. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for drinks - even the couple that was seated after us had their drinks before we did. We had to ask about the status of our order several times, which was awkward. There are several large booths, so there is a possibility you get seated at a booth with other folks you don't know. They had board games available but we were at a counter so small there was no way we could have played anything. I probably wouldn't go back, or recommend it to others.

My friends and I went for the Alice in Wonderland pop up bar and it was SO fun! The theme is set from the moment you walk in with little signs and flowers all the way to the menu and the cups the drinks come in (“Drink me”? Say less.). Will definitely be visiting again!

We came during their 2025 Halloween theme, Alice in Wonderland, and had such a blast!! We were sat with Savannah, but every bartender that chatted with us was so funny, kind, and knowledgeable. The music was a perfect volume and the menu was so adorable. I had a delicious Ube daiquiri and my date had a lovely butterfly pea-elderflower tequila drink. The decorations were awesome and plan to come again if I’m in the area.

My friend and I went to Unknown Caller, we enjoyed the drinks with a Jaws theme night! The drinks were not weak and they tasted great, with a creative presentation, we enjoyed outside seating this time, we generally enjoy the music and environment, I recommend trying Unknown Caller!

Wonderful speakeasy with great bartenders that will go completely out of their way to make you a drink the way you want it. Me and my date will be back! You should check it out will all it's little surprises! Can't wait for Christmas to see what they do!

The Alice and Wonderland pop-up was so much fun! The atmosphere and the drinks were perfect. Definitely a great atmosphere for a date night. Staff were also incredible.

What a special little place. Intimate, but very cool with a edge in decor. Moody and sexy vibe. The service staff was so friendly and genuinely gracious. Speakeasy entry is very cool and special. We were greeted at the door by Natasha (rock star!) And escorted to some bar seating and given a short chat about how they operate. Very classy. Others say it's expensive, but considering everything is made from scratch and sizable pours, we loved the experience. Their repertoire of drinks is a standout, which is refreshing. The menu even let's you know the scale of boozy/fruity/sweet, etc...and what glass snd ice style. LOVE the attentive details. It's definitely a few steps above in hospitality versus your everyday pub. (Which we also love a pub And dive) This place made us feel special. All 3 hosts that night checked in with us and even brought little trivia games to play while drinking. We'll done! We will make sure to come here with each Chattanooga visit. May fortune be good to you Unknown Caller!
