The manager Tara was phenomenal there was something wrong on my order and she went above and beyond fixing to please me very good customer service I give them a 10 plus 10 I would recommend them any day over out back over a lot of places thanks longhorn

I’ve had a total of 3 bad experiences but this is totally unacceptable. Good thing you have to cut it open to eat it. Otherwise I could have gotten very sick!!!! It looks like mold. The least y’all could’ve done was offered me another meal but instead only offered to refund me. This is bad business and I will be reporting this to the heath department

Was here almost an hour before got the salad and beers and 30 mimutes the steak came and was over well done was far from medium and medium well , the waitress asked if it was ok but the people I was with didnt wanna say anything cause they were so hungry by the time it came , hate leaving a bad review but come on I looked and they had 4 booths and 1 table at the bar , PATHETIC , I even stood outside and asked people how the service was , NOT 1 GOOD COMMENT , 45 minutes for a beer , hour n half for food , not acceptable. Seemed like the only 1 working had purple hair
