The quesabirrias: crispy, cheese-packed tortillas slow-cooked beef birria, with a side of consommé that deserves its own award. Each bite is a glorious mess of melty cheese and bold spice, and yes, you will end up dipping everything on your plate into that broth. The beans were not the usual mashed pintos. This is a new place on Hwy 58. We’ve eaten here a couple of times already. It’s small, but cute & clean. There is a lot of variety on the menu and they will adjust a dish to your taste or dietary preference. The owners are very sweet and make each dish fresh so don’t come when you’re in a hurry and you’ll be in for a treat. We are so glad this little place is here!
Hands down the best Mexican food I've had in Chattanooga in yearssssssss A++++++++++++ Make the doors come off this place from the business! Let's gooooo!!!!! Los Mich is the real deal!
