Waiting an hour for 3 pizza to go orders…………think they forgot about me…..ok, after 70 min waiting for 3 pizzas, an order of mozzarella and bruschetta, it arrived. No apologies for the wait, the place wasn’t crowded. Pizza was on par for Domino’s, which is to say substandard. The mozzarella was dry and the bruschetta was pathetic in taste & appearance. Paid $93 for this disappointment.

Been to this location 4 times in 10 years and have never had a good customer service experience.
The first time we walked we had no clue where to order, waited up front for 5 minutes, sat down for five more, then I waited at the front again another 5. Tried to get an employees attention, and was just ignored. We walked out after 15 minutes.
The second time was OK. We ordered, we got our food, it didnt stand out.
The third time we waited over 50 minutes for a pizza and a personal lasagna with no other customers in the store. No explanation, no apology, just the employees standing and chatting in the kitchen.
The 4th time (today), we decide to cut out the risk of a bad experience by just ordering online. We put the order in for one pizza, it gives us a 30 minutes pick up window. We show up 35 minutes later, and they tell us that it won't be ready for another 15 minutes. Again, only two small groups and one other pickup waiting in the store, and 6 employees just standing and talking to each other.
If you want Lupi's, go downtown or go to Ooltewah. This location isn't worth the price.

The pizza was good but did not warrant the higher cost over any other pizzeria in town. I was a bit thrown back when the bill came out to over $50 for two pies, but was more surprised when the pie was just about average of any new York style pie. In fact it had the price of that kind of lie but not quite the flavor
