Absolutely the worst service tonight. I don’t know what’s happened to this place. Can’t heat up marinara have to eat it cold. Unripe tomatoes in the Caprese. Can’t have a spatula for the pizza use your own knife to pick it up. Another good place gone down the tubes. Last time visiting this place. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want decent service.

A-ma-zing!!! My hubby and I went on a Thursday when they have their lasagna special. l got the veggie lasagna and my hubby got the meat one. I’ve heard great things about this place but their lasagna is on another level. It was a flavor explosion in my mouth. I almost wept lol ? So good, so so good. And the bread buddy that is included was yum yum yum. Ask for the garlic oil to dip the bread. Out of this world! I will be coming back for this special again and to try their other items. Ten stars ⭐️?⭐️

This place is one of the best when it comes to pizza.we have lived here for 4 years and had Lupi's for the first time. This area literally has no good pizza restaurants. I would say this place has one of the best pizzas in and around the area. Pizza here reminds me if back home.

I definitely wouldn’t call it the best pizza in Chattanooga atleast that’s what some of the reviews are sayings. I could compare it to something like mellow mushrooms or pie in the sky and still be cheaper. 43$ for a pizza? Yea that’s a joke for an average pizza.

I have eaten at this particular Lupi's many times over the last 20 years. I love the hole-in-the-wall hipster vibe, the music's generally solid, and the calzones are tremendous - both in size and taste.
I give this place my highest recommendation, but I offer some caveats to those who may not be familiar with Lupi's:
#1 Since this is a local chain with mostly local ingredients, expect a sticker shock if you order a lot of toppings. Local restaurants have taken a hit the last few years and have to keep raising prices to stay open. I've had to cut back tremendously on going out to eat. #2 If you're looking for a pizza to just accommodate everyone, there are some mid-level chains with more affordable options - which while not Lupi's - are still pretty solid. #3 The music can get loud in the evening. I love the selections. If you aren't into the types of music that have been played on college radio stations for decades, you may be unhappy. #4 All orders are made from scratch; be prepared to wait in the evenings. It's worth the wait.
Best bang for your buck - the calzones, which are generally large enough to feed two. Worst bang for your buck - the salads. Just a typical grocery store salad with a high price tag.
If you can handle all the caveats, enjoy the meal. Come hungry, they'll fill you up!

Lupi’s is great! My sister and I meet in Chattanooga every year and we always go to the one downtown. We had no idea there was one near Shallowford. The bread appetizer is a absolute must!
