Been to this location 4 times in 10 years and have never had a good customer service experience.
The first time we walked we had no clue where to order, waited up front for 5 minutes, sat down for five more, then I waited at the front again another 5. Tried to get an employees attention, and was just ignored. We walked out after 15 minutes.
The second time was OK. We ordered, we got our food, it didnt stand out.
The third time we waited over 50 minutes for a pizza and a personal lasagna with no other customers in the store. No explanation, no apology, just the employees standing and chatting in the kitchen.
The 4th time (today), we decide to cut out the risk of a bad experience by just ordering online. We put the order in for one pizza, it gives us a 30 minutes pick up window. We show up 35 minutes later, and they tell us that it won't be ready for another 15 minutes. Again, only two small groups and one other pickup waiting in the store, and 6 employees just standing and talking to each other.
If you want Lupi's, go downtown or go to Ooltewah. This location isn't worth the price.

The pizza was good but did not warrant the higher cost over any other pizzeria in town. I was a bit thrown back when the bill came out to over $50 for two pies, but was more surprised when the pie was just about average of any new York style pie. In fact it had the price of that kind of lie but not quite the flavor

My daughter called to ordered for a 12 inch Margherita pizza. She told me it was $10 from the Google menu but when the cashier rang it up, it was $24! What a rip off. They really need to update their menu on Google. Asked the cashier for some aluminum foil cause I know my daughter will not finished up the pizza. Also, we are staying at a hotel and out of town. The cashier told me she Can't! She can but she wasn't nice and lazy. Will Never go here again. There are other pizza places that will appreciate my hard earned money and provide better service. Oh..pizza is ok. Not worth the $24 that's for sure!
