I had the extreme B & G with the shitake mushroom gravy. It was excellent! A bit spicy which I like and freshly made. You really can't beat that.

If you are in the vicinity of Chattanooga TN and it is morning time.
You have to stop by this place. Their
biscuit and gravy are THE BEST...
They have two kinds of gravy and you should try both of them.
Also, add Grits. A must-have item.
I would not go over about angels working there as other people mentioned before.

The food was quite tasty. Unfortunately it was extremely loud in the restaurant. However, the waiting time was quite long.

Got in 20 minutes before closing per a recommendation from a friend. The five and dime is second to none, a great breakfast sandwich with sausage filled gravy to boot! Excellent southern cooking!

Service was very slow this morning. It took 30 minutes to get in and order and then an hour and 10 minutes before we received our food after ordering. Very disappointing.

Service was slow. The food came out cold. Very disappointing. The place has potential but they need to hire more staff.

A half hour wait to get in so must be good, right? EXCELLENT hostess. Espresso drinks were prompt but unable to enjoy with our meal because our meal was ready an HOUR later. It wasn't even a difficult breakfast...grits, a basic scrambled egg plate, a basic egg over easy plate and egg with sliced avocado...When asked if it would be longer after waiting a half hour and people behind us being called up for their orders ( no servers) the person at the counter RUDELY told us we would be called when ready. I get they were busy but not that busy that it should take an hour. Finally got the food and mediocre at best.

I wanted to reach out and provide feedback on my experience this past Thursday, October 10th. I ordered online for pickup in the downtown Chattanooga store. I typically use Gunbarrel, but was near downtown. When I got in we were advised that there was a wait on biscuits which was fine. I waited for about 45 minutes. I started noticing people who came in to order were getting their food prior to me so I went to ask the lady at the front. She was extremely rude not only to me, but another customer. Told us we had to let them know we were waiting on a pickup order although they have a designated pickup area and no where online or in the building advises of this. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service received. Order # 30233076579745792
