The staff I spoke on the phone with was incredibly rude. They cancelled my pizza order after 45 minutes and it being pushed back 20 minutes. I called Uber Eats which I have to order through due to them not delivering as far out where I live. Uber Eats reported that Marco’s cancelled the order and said the location closed early. I called Marco’s. They were open. I told them what my call was regarding. The older man on the phone said that my pizza was picked up, and that it will be delivered. I tried to communicate that there was an issue. His response was “I don’t care. Uber Eats doesn’t pay my bills. It’s no skin off my back.” I replied that I do care though because I’m trying to feed my children. (My wife worked late and I have been building a fence in my back yard.) He stated that it wasn’t his problem that my children were hungry. I, realizing that this conversation wasn’t going to go further than a man acting like a child that obviously doesn’t care about customers or their families, ended the phone call. I called Uber Eats back and reported that he stated they cancelled the order. They checked the order and actually confirmed that Marco’s cancelled it. They took all information, and a recording of my call and said that the status of their account was going to be under review after the way I was treated. As someone who works hard for the community and tries to support local owned businesses, I was pretty shocked and disgusted at the way I was treated and how I was lied to multiple times. 11 years working in food service in my previous years and I have never seen someone act like this. Had he just admitted a mistake, it would have been settled. But he decided being dishonest and disrespectful was the path to be taken. An incredibly poor situation that I won’t soon to forget.

They lied to Uber eats and said that my order had been picked up and was being delivered. They told me that we have to feed. My kids was my problem and not theirs, and that the fact that there was an issue with Uber eats was not their problem and no skin off their back. That Uber eats didn’t pay their bills. No way tried to solve the issue. So just know, they are rude and they are gonna lie.

The worst experience ever since ownership changed. Pizza was the some of the worst I’ve ever had! It would be nice to have enough cheese to actually see it!!Two slices had NO toppings on them.Staff couldn’t care less if we were happy with our pizza or not! Will not ever return! Out of our last four pizza orders, three have been wrong. We always order the same pizza the exact same way and they can't get it right. It isn't a difficult order to understand. We always order a large pepperoni magnifico with double sauce, mushrooms on one half, and jalapenos on the other half. Only one of the last four had double sauce. Tonight's order was SO messed up! So, once again we ordered the pizza as we always do. Here is what we got, one half had the regular amount of sauce, ALL of the pepperoni, and extra mushrooms. The other half had little to no sauce, NO pepperoni,and thankfully it actually had jalapenos. As far as flavor goes, when they get it right it's delicious. Too bad they can't get it right. We used to prefer Marco's pizza, but now we can't depend on them to get it right and quiet frankly we may never order there again. If you order from the East Brainerd Rd. Location in Chattanooga TN, good luck! We hope they can get your order right!

Really bad experience. Ordered, they sent cold pizza because they "got slammed" according to the manager. $60 and an hour later. I drove to the store to speak to the manager (respectfully) I Got a refund and went to Lupis Pizza. The manager didn't even offer to remake the food... I would have been fine with that and NOT asked for a refund. All I wanted was fresh food. ?

HORRIBLE. Ordered online 4 hours early, arrived and still waited almost 30 minutes. I was asked the name on my order, I told them and the counter person continued work. After hearing someone say that the order under my name was ready (and I could see it sitting for about 10 minutes) I finally went to the counter and had to wait for the cashier to check the line out and asked if that was my order. She said she thought the name on my order when she asked me was "Larry" not "Carrie". C'mon, are you serious? To add to it, the Greek salad I ordered did not come with no tomato and the salami I asked and paid for. When I asked who was in charge, the lady I spoke with said she was. I let her know I was unhappy and all she said was, "Sorry, we're busy". Ridiculous. The last 2 times I've ordered it has been horrible. I'm done with tbis place. I don't know what's happened over there but for the past years it's been great but these last 2 visits have been inexcusable.
