I order lunch from this location at least once a week. The food is always tasty, and the service is quick and friendly. Today, management and staff went above and beyond to resolve a problem caused by my own mistake. Excellent guest service!

Pretty awful spot to stop for your birthday lunch. Soup was bland and tepid, and French dip wasn’t great either. Far too overpriced for what you get.

The staff is amazingly wonderful. I have never had the service people be so helpful. Well done to the Signal Mountain team.

Great salads and sandwiches. I get full on the choose two meal deal. Every sandwich I've tried and every salad I've tried have been delicious.. They have wonderful tea as well

Absolutely fabulous lunch on Saturday. We surprised the staff with a heads up about 30-45 minutes before our arrival as we brought 30 folks in for lunch. Our Cross Country team and coaches enjoyed delicious meals before their race later that night. The staff members were all so precious to accommodate such a big crowd. We watched college football as we ate. Truly, we could not have asked for more. We hope to return to see you next season.

This location seems to be on an upswing thankfully. Quality suffered for a bit but it has been consistently good lately and when it wasn't, they made it right without an attitude. AND, They've been much quicker too.

Total disappointment. Tea was not sweet. They got my sandwich wrong. Two girls working the front, dumb.

Felicia and her crew were very quick to correct a small mistake with my DoorDash order. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and I’m truly so impressed and grateful. Times are hard for us all right now, I’m sure so getting a treat like a DoorDash is a big deal and when it doesn’t match the expectations it’s disappointing. Having someone quickly make it right, with a smile and humility is HUGE. Thank you to everyone working tonight, y'all rock!
