This location seems to be on an upswing thankfully. Quality suffered for a bit but it has been consistently good lately and when it wasn't, they made it right without an attitude. AND, They've been much quicker too.

Total disappointment. Tea was not sweet. They got my sandwich wrong. Two girls working the front, dumb.

Felicia and her crew were very quick to correct a small mistake with my DoorDash order. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and I’m truly so impressed and grateful. Times are hard for us all right now, I’m sure so getting a treat like a DoorDash is a big deal and when it doesn’t match the expectations it’s disappointing. Having someone quickly make it right, with a smile and humility is HUGE. Thank you to everyone working tonight, y'all rock!

If you’re looking for a place to pay $20 for two slices of bread and a whisper of meat, McAlister’s is the spot for you! As a regular customer, I expected at least a decent sandwich, but what I got was comically small—like, did they forget to finish making it? For the price, I might as well have gone to the grocery store and made one myself. It’s honestly ridiculous. Do the employees not care anymore? Because I’m out here spending real money, and all I got was disappointment between two slices of bread.

All the food was great as always. Four large televisions on the wall kept us updated on basketball.

Food was good. Everyone was super nice. I was having a bad day so the warm atmosphere really made a difference. Will be back!

The pick up area smells like a pipe backed up! I came in for lunch today and couldn't believe the smell. At first I thought there was an issue with their bathroom, but the bathroom is on the complete opposite side. I lost my appetite and couldn't eat, I had to leave immediately.

I love this place! Miss Felicia and Miss Olivia were the absolute best. As someone who commutes between Chattanooga and Atlanta, I will definitely be visiting this location again. Amazing service and hospitality! Five stars all around…

Might want to retrain your staff. They were making fun of my order as i was standing there listening to the entire thing.NOT TO MENTION our to go order was 17 minutes late. They were talking shit about one of our orders having most of the topping gone. Some people have allergies? Also if you wanted to know what bread i wanted since you were out of Chibatta, why didn’t you just call the number on the to go order to figure it out instead of making me stand there?

your staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Even for a fast food place, respect is deserved everywhere. Do better.

I had a takeout order yesterday evening, and the food didn’t come out as expected. I called today and was greeted with nothing but kindness and gratitude from Jeremy and Olivia. They made sure to remake my order and thanked me for coming to them. They are a perfect example of having excellent customer service.
