I asked for my food to be fresh everything was literally re-dropped down to the fries. I’m very upset because if I ask for fresh food that’s exactly what I’m paying for not over cooked food . I’m highly upset

Honestly, in recent years, McDonald’s has went down and quality, but I cannot say that for this particular one. My burger came out quickly. The staff was nice and kind. My burger wasn’t destroyed or smashed like it usually is at different locations. I would absolutely eat here more often if the quality that I received continues.

ordered food on door dash at 12am, had 2 different drivers tell us that they were REFUSING to make the food. i am confused on what the point of you being clocked in is if you are refusing to do your job. would love to rate the food but wasn’t given the chance to receive it!
Don't accept an order from here if you are a doordasher. I was told they didn't get the order, while waiting 15 minutes to resolve it for the customer, I was blatantly ignored. I had to unassign the order and that is a last resort. I will not be accepting orders from here in the future. This dash cost me time, gas and money.

Went to this location me and my husband dined in and I could say that this location was by far the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to service was okay and the food was ehh but the atmosphere was disgusting when I went to the restroom I had seen a dead roach in the floor the floors looked disgusting not mopped or swept the bathrooms were disgusting toilet paper everywhere they had people laying across the seats on there phone not doing there job my husband had also mentioned the men’s restrooms were disgusting pee on the toilet seat that could have been cleaned off the workers weren’t doing there job to busy talking and everything else other than working just disgusting I will NOT eat here again!🤢🤢

This is the worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever had the misfortune of finding. I’ve given them business three times. Never again. Drive-Thru line was out to the road the first time. After twenty minutes I get to the speaker and let them know I’m picking up a mobile order. 8 minutes later I get to the pick-up window where I sat watching two people run around getting drinks ready. My order was sitting at the window that whole time, getting colder and colder. Tried this location again, this time via DoorDash. Wife ordered two double cheeseburgers no mustard for me. She got nuggets and asked for ranch sauce. My burgers had the “no mustard” stickers on them, still had mustard, no ranch sauce. Third and final straw was the rude experience we had in the lobby this morning at this horribly mismanaged location. Figure it out. Shameful location, embarrassing.
