just visited the McDonald's on East 3rd street in Chattanooga tn and the woman had an attuide that after I pre-ordered on the app from the parking lot and waited 15 minutes, I have the nerve to come ask for my food. And when she was told she was being recorded, she stated she didn't care and "that's what yall do, come in here starting stuff and then wanna record "

The fries were old. And the chicken nuggets were room temperature. The employees are super polite. The drive-through employees are too slow.

The drive thru line is always long, waiting in the street to pull in. When you use curbside it’s always going to be another 10-15 minutes longer than what the estimated time frame is.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. The staff was rude and completely ignored the front counter. We ordered on the app and went in to pickup. Forgot our drinks and gave us no sauce for or nuggets.

The food was standard McDonald's fare, but the service was awful. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. On top of that, I went to the front counter to ask about my order. I stood there almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and that even included the manager who was working a station putting orders together. He never even turned around to check if anyone was at the front counter needing something.

The current General Manager needs to be fired!!!! Very rude, a liar and if mad will not serve you. Don’t know how she moved up the ladder but then again I’m sure it was all smoke and mirrors with her. The customer experience I just had at this location was horrible and I will not go back long as this General Manager is there. She shouldn’t be managing any businesses.

We came for breakfast yesterday but dining room was closed, only 2 working, so we left. Came back today, and I have to say, this is far and above, the most friendly staff I've EVER had at any McDonald's. A worker, not manager, even went to tables to check on guests. GREAT Job!!! ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: Side entrance was accessible and had no problem getting him situated at a table in his chair.
