Can never get the orders rights , you will wait in line for 15 + minutes Everytime with no big line in front of you. It sounds like this place needs a management change.

Not sure whats going on, but service and quality has been down lately. Past 3 McDelivery orders were missing items. Went through drive thru for an order recently. Mobile order check in. Get to 2nd window, several cars parked waiting with one at end of drive thru. Employee asked me what my order was, told him and he hands me a bag and walks away. Didnt hand me drinks. Next thing I know he is bringing bags out to cars. On his way in, he stops and talks to another employee until he looks and sees me waving. He comes over and asks whats up. I know its fast food and its mostly young kids with some just starting out, but where is the supervison?

I ordered a burger and got slop. Truly disgusting. They dumped so much mayo on and all aver the burger and the box that I couldn’t even pick it up, much less eat it. My dog even turned it down after I tried to rescue to hamburger patties that were chard and stiff. 20 mins to make a double cheeseburger and they still hand over nasty crap like this. McDonalds, stick to breakfast because your burgers have gone so far down hill I don’t think I am going back.

Trash trash trash. How forking hard is it to get 3 orders right. Kids meal but they forgot the fries. Got a 2 cheeseburger meal but they only gave one burger, and ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe but they forgot the deluxe part. The cashier was such a scarity cat that he won't look or speak to you. Whomever manages this place needs to fired immediately and never ever get a job in customer service. If you want what you ordered then do NOT go to this location.

Why are the fries always cold? When I order online for pick-up through the drive-thru, I’m told that they don’t start making the food until I arrive. Then why are the fries and everything else still cold? It’s incredibly frustrating to spend $26 on cold food, and then they say, “We don’t make it until you’re here.” It’s funny because it tastes like it’s been sitting out in the cold and is completely stale.

The ice cream machine was broken, no surprise, but when I ordered a shake and they told me it was broken. I showed some disappointment. After that, the worker's attitude completely changed and it was horrible.
