Just moved to Chattanooga and decided to try this McDonald’s! Not a pleasant experience, twice I have been here as I approach the window the cashier simply just says “go ahead with your order” I run the front of house of a restaurant and have worked drive thru many times and this is just not how you greet customers.

Y’all need to call corporate and fix the hours on the website. Too many times I’ve gone to this location because Google AND McDonalds website says they’re open and they’re closed. So either corporate is wrong about your hours or y’all are closing over an hour early.

The Hispanic male manager is so rude, loud, and bossing all over the place in the back. The food is always awful and the girls on the intercom are always so cutthroat and rude! I hate this Mcdonalds so much, and that really sucks for us in a pinch because it is so close. This place needs to clean out and get a whole new team. Ringgold, Ooltewah, Gunbarrel, Fort O, almost all of the surrounding locations are 10 times better. Clean up or shut down and stop wasting space! Too much of our money has been WASTED here to keep these doors open... Never again.

Today was a rough one. I had 30 minutes to take a lunch from work and didn’t end up having time to eat at all. I work 2 minutes away so I assumed it’d be plenty of time. The girl working the register today around noon definitely needs some more training. There were two cars in front of me and for some reason it took 30 minutes until I got to the window. I ordered a vanilla coffee, water, and small fry and it still took about 10 minutes for them to get it all together once I finally got to the window. My coffee was disgusting. All of the syrup was at the bottom and my first sip was just straight caramel (I ordered vanilla). I also watched it sit in the window for a while when it was the last thing i was waiting for after I had already been waiting so long. The car in front of me drove off and I let her know so I wouldn’t be charged for that order and she didn’t even ask what my order was until after I had paid. My whole order was wasted bc I didn’t have time to eat and I couldn’t drink the coffee.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The General Manager is horrible. She treats her staff with disrespect. She hires kids, and let them run around all over the place and disrespect the managers that she has on duty. These are the rudest employees that I have ever ran into and some of them don’t even speak good English, and shouldn’t be on the intercom taking orders. The GM of the store needs to be fired. She is horrible.

Can never get the orders rights , you will wait in line for 15 + minutes Everytime with no big line in front of you. It sounds like this place needs a management change.
