Manager working drive thru and yelling at workers kiosk was only way to order and one of them was broken was not offered a receipt WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS McDonald's ever and will try to find out who owns this franchise store and not patronize those store either may have to give McDonald's a second thought and not go back anymore this whole experience was not good this Store needs help from corporate if this location closed down I would not be broken Harted this is a poor way to run a "Fast Food Place" CAN'T call this sorry building a RESTURANT.

Pretty poor performing location, was told that my fries are cooking and i need to pull up and wait. i got my food 15 minutes later and all of it was cold, how does that happen? I ended up getting a refund and went elsewhere.

Called ahead to see if ice cream machine was working. They said yes. We drove there and ordered two shakes and they weren’t making shakes. We said, “we called ahead and ice cream machine was working.” They said yea but we aren’t making shakes! What in the world!?

Ordered a large fry and they gave us a small amount. Also paid extra for spicy sauce on my big mac and they did not put it on there. Atleast they gave us condiments. Employees are rude. Will not come back and so shouldn't you!

I really enjoyed my meal. It was fresh to perfection. The staff was very nice and welcoming.I did not have to wait long in drive-tru. I had to go in due to the sever forgetting my barque sauce in my bag. I would have gave the service 5 stars if I had my sauce in the bag but nobody is perfect! The environment was clean and organized. I have been to every McDonald’s and I must say this is one of the best McDonald's in town. I will be coming back. Great Area!!!
Parking: The parking spaces are mostly empty.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. Kid friendly environment!
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a visual ramp near the door for disabled customers.

We waited over 30 minutes to receive our order inside. There needs to be better staffing on the weekends. It was extremely crowded inside and people were quite frustrated by the wait.

Ordered Qtr Pounder w/Cheese (2) and both were missing the Cheese though containers were correct ones. Fries were stale with no salt. Worst food we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s

Did a mobile app order for breakfast today and had the worst experience. They left an item off my order so when I went inside for my order the lady in the kitchen putting orders together would not talk directly to me and would talk through the cashier who was trying to help me. She kept asking for an order number and when I gave it to them she kept saying that it wasn’t on the screen. I had already went through the drive through so obviously it still wouldn’t be on the screen because it was closed. She was SO rude and never once apologized!!! I got the feeling she thought I was lying which I mentioned she could walk out to my car to see what I received in correlation with my order on the app. The cashier was nice and didn’t seem to know what to do when another person behind me mentioned they messed up his order too. Thankfully the food was still decent and that’s the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars and not 1.

I have hammered this restaurant as the worst example of customer service imaginable. But there is no doubt that Management has invested some time in the store. The drive-through operates like a normal drive-through and not like a line at the DMV anymore.
