Could have been a lot better. Has attitude at checkout and meal was messed up, but we ate it anyways, we were already gone in the car when we realized we had somebody else's order. We didn't get as much but we were hungry or we would have went back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were asked to pull around and wait for 1 order of fries. 20+ mins later I had to BACK UP and go back through the drive thru to get their attention. When I asked for my fries the guy handed them straight to me.... barely warm. How long had they been ready while we sat waiting? 0/10

Ignored me and my wife at the counter to order. Then couldn't get any assistance until I grabbed someone's attention. Once we got the food they neglected our cups and when asked for it seemed like I was inconvenienced them. Service was awful.

Denied my service animal by Tennessee State laws a service animal does not have to be vested and they can't deny it and they denied mine so really bad store
I’m sitting here in the drive thru as I’m writing this I have been sitting here since 10:30 pm all I want is a large fry this is the second time this has happened to me and it is 10:50 as off right now will not be coming back here my wife is pregnant and all she wants is a fry now I’m fixing to get cussed out thank you McDonalds!!!!!

I waited in line for 25 minutes before they took my order, the floors are dirty and the staff is just hella rude, they refuse to hire anyone under 18 even though the website they hire at 14

There was a line out the front door so we went through drive thru instead. They had us pull up, we sat there 15 minutes waiting on th to bring the food out and when they did we realized they had made one of the burgers wrong, so went inside and it took them 30 minutes if not more to make another one and it still was wrong. The manager kept asking if I was there for DoorDash and when I’d remind her she was suppose to be remaking my sandwich she said oh my bad.

I typically have issues with orders being filled to completion at this location. So I called and asked to speak to a manager about the issue and I requested the managers name. She refused to give it out insisting I come back to the store. I would recommend choosing another location as this one doesn’t seem to be managed very well.
A 6 piece chicken nugget was left out along with a double cheeseburger.
Also the apples inside the kids meal was opened and only had 1 apple slice inside. This is disgusting as it seems like somebody opened it and ate some of the apples.
