Awful! Slow! Unprofessional! Out of uniform. Hair not in nets, just awful! Loud & obnoxious employees. I sat in the driveway threw for almost 30mins bc they wouldn't pull the cars up due to a order being messed up in front of us. Wish they would close this place!

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees are generally rude and actively swearing / cursing at each other. The place smells like marijuana. I ordered a steak bagel yesterday through the mobile app. I got there and they said they didn't have steak bagels so I requested a refund. The refund hasn't went through and I doubt it will.

I love mcdonalds! Ever since I was a boy I was a fan. This location off rossville blvd is closest to my house and I take my daughter here every Friday. Until recently. My favorite is the number 2 combo with orange juice. I'd give a better review but how do they never have orange juice at 7AM? , not just one week but 3 weeks in a row? You got a lot of homeless folk around the area but they've never bothered me or ask for me anything. The drive thru staff are polite enough, and I understand they can't always be happy, especially dealing with us customers, but at the same time, you don't want the feeling that it's going to be a hassle to ask for extra sugar or jelly. Otherwise... Do you believe in magic... 😃

Can’t get a simple $20 order right, there was nasty black gunk on my orange juice cup and then when I open my breakfast sandwich there was a nasty black and grey hair in there. The sandwich was also totally wrong from what I ordered. This McDonald’s was a terrible experience, do better.

This is the closest mcdonalds to my location. Have been in the area 20+ years. And service here just keeps going down hill. Food is always either burnt or cold, or both. Half of my order is always incorrect or incomplete. Drinks are never filled fully, and when I have gotten a soda the carbonation is gone or flat, and the tea is almost always burnt or so sweet it's like syrup. And trying to get remakes or refunds is such a hassle, as it is almost a every single time issue. Do not recommend at all 0/ 10 for me.
Also while door dash driving one of the employees had their 7 kids running around and one of them swung their car door open and stretched the he'll out of my car and nothing was said or done about it in a way if even just an apology and a second employee made threats after confronting them. This is by far the worst location to get mcdonalds fast food from.

I had a very bad experience at Rossville Blvd McDonald's on Friday 9/26/2025 as I purchased a meal at the drive thru as I began to eat my meal i notice a large blk hair in my burger I called the restaurant and was ask to bring back my order I went back to the drive thru and was treated very badly by the female who gave me my order as I return what I had purchased and requested a refund I admit I was very disturbed abt what had happened the female did not attempt to help make this bad experience better as she was very rude to me and offer NO apology for what happened. She made me feel I had made the mistake instead of taking responsibility for the issue. The female I feel needs to be taken off the drive thru and given some serious training on how to deal with issues that concern customers. Please trust me do NOT visit this McDonalds as this experience has changed my thinking abt McDonalds restaurants.

Place is filthy, forget about “fast food,” you can place your online order 20 minutes in advance, wait in the drive through for 15 minutes and they will still tell you to pull around the building. All I got was a quarter pounder meal… nothing else.
