Manager sees me and my baby Chihuahua and say" that dog can't be in here. That dog not supposed to be here." I say" what if it's a service animal?" She look at me crazy eyes and say " service dogs got a vest. Where's your vest?" I pull out my daughters service animal federal ID. Lol her demeanor changed. This McDonald's need to not worry about 2 lb puppy Chihuahua's when the entire store smells like Beethoven slobbered all over the facility. Won't be going back simply because I can't eat food served to me out of a dirty establishment

I can understand a lot of things even when you are short handed but you have no right to discuss with a customer just because you are frustrated if you don't explained to the customer you the desert he wants is cooked to order he will not know you don't need to argue with him or tell him I can give you your money back and go burger King if you want that is a bad customer service... I want to believe she was just an employee but her attitude was for an angry shift manager maybe hungry maybe mad I don't know the only thing I have for sure... I will never ever come back here

The girl at the 2nd window was a peach! She was so nice and made sure I had everything I needed such equal salt and pepper and my food was ordered with no bun and I expected them to just throw the stuff in the container but they actually put the burgers together and dressed them nice and neatly! The fries were also perfectly hot and salted! They rocked it!

An absolute horrendous job from the wait time to the management to the person in the last window handing out food. Literally overpriced overcharge and the order taker Did not pay attention to my order. Did not get my sauces for my wife. My nuggets were cold. I got the wrong order and on top of that my fries tasted like molded plastic!!! And my drinks didn't have ice in them McDonald's corporation need to really visit and assess this location! Sick and tired of this location!!!!!

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is thrown together and the service is beyond awful. If you ask to speak to the manager, she will give you attitude and make no effort to correct the problem. I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my life. This location is an absolute joke.
