I was picking up an online order. I waited patiently for cashier to finish her 5 minute conversation about customers with her coworkers. She then asked “what do I want?” I said I’m picking up an online order. She looks at the screen and just loudly says “Nope” and turns around and starts to walk away. I asked her “why not?” She says “you haven’t arrived on the app”. I explained that I am picking up for my employees and they placed the order from the office....read full review
I hate doing this but you guys deserve it. My grandsons wanted breakfast, 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to window, employee ask me what I ordered, then still got it wrong.
Then again for dinner, charged for my rewards item, two burgers wrong and ice in drink that was asked to omit.
Mcdonalds, your better than this!
Bad food bad Service and I just want some eatable food that I payed for 😩
