Staff gave wrong order and refused to refund money and still charged me $11.10 for 2 mcdoubles. Employees that are dishonest shall be pay deducted and suspended for 3 days for dishonesty.

I waited 20 minutes to get my food (5 dollar deal, still had not received thee staff was very rude except for people who were starting shift store was dirtyi and they were standing around chatting and playing. Has cleared order from screen to doctor time and then forgot. Manager was ringleader and didn’t like when I started to explain fast food. Concept. You can eat at sit down restaurant faster. Went across street to Burger King after never getting food. It to less than 3 minutes and had everything. I would avoid this store like the plague especially on weekends and anytime general manager is not there. Would like contact from franchise owner. Kiosks are not even giving receipts and they yell at you for asking for one
