This place needs to be shut down and restaffed. I have never, not once had a delivery correct and they do not know how to count. I ordered two triple cheese burger meals and only got the fries and drinks. Called doordash and they had McDonald's redue the order and they sent me 2 Mc doubles. Someone is not managing correctly or some people dont know how to read English correctly. Restaff the whole place or shut it down

This location is SO MUCH better than the Hixon McDonald's. It was clean, service was fast, friendly and fantastic! Restrooms and play area were clean. My only concern is that the play area was hot! It is a hot summer day but the rest of the restaurant was very cool. My kids played a little, not overly active and they were sweating like crazy.

Was there for roughly 45 minutes, went to the counter multiple times about my food and they never gave it. When I said I wanted a refund they offer HALF of my order. I dunno what changed, just last week it was nice to go to but I will not be returning after losing my entire lunch break having to wait for nothing
Update, still having tons of issues with staff every time I go, me and my work associates sat at the front for nearly 20 minutes with no one, NO ONE coming at all, even after calling for any workers

They can't manage to get orders right when I visit. I recently ordered delivery from this location and didn't get 2 of my 3 drinks, and my mcgriddle meal was replaced with a single sausage biscuit.

The adults in my family insist on McDonald's and often get McNuggets Happy Meals for my grandsons. I have never been satisfied with McDonald's food other than their fries and that's only if you get lucky enough to get them fresh. Thank goodness I've found a Wendy's in the new area I moved to that has good fresh food.
