They can't manage to get orders right when I visit. I recently ordered delivery from this location and didn't get 2 of my 3 drinks, and my mcgriddle meal was replaced with a single sausage biscuit.

The adults in my family insist on McDonald's and often get McNuggets Happy Meals for my grandsons. I have never been satisfied with McDonald's food other than their fries and that's only if you get lucky enough to get them fresh. Thank goodness I've found a Wendy's in the new area I moved to that has good fresh food.

Yikes. I ordered 10 dollars worth of food, got the complete wrong thing, didn't get the change for the bill I gave her at the window, and when I called to see if i could get the correct food, there was no answer. The lady was talking on her phone at the window when we pulled up, and I imagine that's why she didnt give us our change. I understand that it isnt a fancy establishment, but this is crazy.

The service is always kind usually during the late hours I’m able to swing by after work however the food isn’t always hot but my orders are always right and that’s gotta count for something lol. I’m usually too tired and hungry to care if it’s piping hot but they seem to have a lot of staff but they all seem a bit lost in what to do. So maybe they’re all just a bit newer.

Absolutely rude staff! I will not be back and I will encourage everyone I know to drive the extra 4 minutes to the highway 153 location. The woman at the first window stood there inside and never provided me with my receipt from my online order. Then after I waited several minutes and the vehicles in front of me were gone, I finally gave up on the receipt and moved to window 2. When pulling to 2 the woman from window 1 then opened the window and threw her hands up at me as if I had somehow offended her for her ignoring me as a customer. Then I got to window 2. The woman there began to argue with me about whether I was a drive thru customer or a curbside one even though she acknowledged by reading her screen where it said my order was drive thru she still argued with me about it . When I expressed my frustration with the rudeness of her and the other employee, I told I her I would not likely return because it seemed that working there required a person to be rude and unprofessional she just said “ok, I don’t care”. Then I pulled away only to discover my order was completely wrong. The level of rudeness, incompetence, and lack of customer care is absolutely mind boggling. Stay away! There are plenty of other places to eat crappy food but at least get polite service.

So if the ice machine is down no worries but I got the wrong drinks and one of them has ice so a little confused on that along with the sizes of them both wrong, and I’m not sure if being able to read and understand basic English but how you take the time to take that sticker from that little printer take that burger box and slap that thang on that says plain in fairly large letters along with looking at the order screens and still throw a burger with everything in it I’m glad I’m not allergic hell the food itself is good in quality but good lord pay just a smidge more attention
Little to no structure in management or operations at this location. I’ve went a few times for convenience but each time it has been the slowest and most painful fast food experience I’ve ever had. I would rather drive out of my way than even attempt to go here. Mobile order? Probably won’t get your food. Drive-thru? Hope you filled up with gas because you’re gonna sit in line for a while. Dine in? You guessed it. Slow. Slow. Slow. Horrible service if you can even get an employee to acknowledge you’re even there. These people need training and help.

Terrible slow service. 20 minutes to get a quarter pounder. The guy in front was waiting even longer for a cup of coffee. Spilled drink of some type in front of the counter with napkins and a wet floor sign sitting in the spill. Will do my best to never stop here again. I wanted to go online, but the worker took the receipt from the bag to check the order and never returned it. This location is a prime example of "Organize Confusion". The meat was dried out and the bun was stiff like sitting out forever. Fries were cold and mushy. Not only a waste of time going here, it was a waste of money for the crap they served. The only good thing about this location is "Parking".
