Went to get a shake but there ice cream machine is always broke. So I ordered a Big Mac and fries this is at 8:07 pm. Had to wait 10 minutes for my order but I don’t know why Big Mac was cold and looked like it was from lunch fries were cold no salt on them at all. So I spent $9.26 and I still didn’t get to eat it it was nasty. So going to bed hungry. Oh my daughter was brave and took a bite Now she is laying in bed with a plastic bag feeling like she going to throw up. Thank you McDonalds. Goodnight I just had the update this review. I called the corporate office after hours but a nice lady named Shelia who works with the owner and corporate called me back the next day. She listened completely as I told of my complaints. She was very nice and was concerned I had a problem and told me all parties would be told the situation and it would be resolved. In the mean time she would send me a voucher for the meal I lost. Wow I didn’t expect to get a call back let alone be reimbursed. Thank you Shelia if it wasn’t for you I wasn’t going back. But now I will definitely give them another chance.

Most disgusting place in all of Chattanooga. Fly eggs have been found here! The staff is truly foul and ATROCIOUS. Dirtiest most disgusting employees I’ve ever seen. This place needs to be shut down asap. DO NOT EAT HERE

Longest line. Employees all on their phones. Can't even look up. Sat in line for 30 minutes when doing an online order! They were carrying their phones and chargers and touching our food at the same time. Disgusting! 🤮🤮🤮

Very rude employee I had provided a code for a deal that worked at the speaker and then when I got up to the window they had said the code was only for earning points when at the speaker it said it was for a free medium fry. Any other McDonald’s would have just promoed the item but this lady was talking back to me and saying what’s going on he don’t have no money? She was rude and was saying if I do that for you I have to do it for everyone and that they would be losing out on money when it was their system that lost my code for the fry. I wasn’t worried about the deal at that point but the way this lady treated a customer over something so fixable was shocking. Won’t be back. Will make sure to spread the word to my coworkers who work nearby and go often.

Ordered a coke but got Diet Coke, service is really slow and also people were so rude side eyeing everyone not caring about any of the customers that spend there money there. Especially the wait inside with 3 people not able to order because no one wants to take there order, but they loved to just stare out front to see if the people left yet. Everyone doesn’t like to work but it doesn’t mean do a bad job and be rude to customers that were not rude at all.

Management needs to be changed and taught respect! Ain’t nobody trying to steal a fish sandwich when we just ordered $41 worth of food, just admit it was forgot to be put in bag and go on about your business. Point blank period! I guess cuz I was white, she thought she could talk to me any ol kinda way, but na baby I’m from the hood too! I ain’t scared and ain’t gonna be intimidated. If you have a bad day at work or hate your job… QUIT!

Without fail this McDonald's always messes something up, got 3 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles, managed to forget the sausage on two, I don't even know how it's possible

This place has been on locals shit list for a long time. It started to get better but is truly back in the dumps…. And you know what? corporate dosent even care. I’ve called them twice and the same issues exist. They are supposed to open at 5am. But they can’t seem to get it done citing the same excuse. Employees are always late. And when brought to their attention, the rudeness in unbearable. Today at 5:15 after banging on the window. I was told they wouldn’t be ready for another hour. This place really sucks.
