We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.

I been here since 5am and I’m still waiting through the drive through and it’s 6:13am I been sitting at the intercom and nobody has said give me one second or anything this or terrible customer service as I’m reading the comments yall definitely need new management indeed poor service!

Went through the drive though to get the grinch meal. The drive through employee refused to sell me one “so they can have some for tomorrow”. I didn’t realize my money wasn’t good enough. Terrible customer service skills and extremely rude . Watched them hand out 2 box’s to the cars in front of me. It feels like because the employee was black and I’m white. Will be calling corporate to handling the racism.

This , this is why I can’t stand McDonald’s workers that work here, 50 minutes for chicken tenders my god dude but aye no wonder they take so long statistics are statistics 🤣🤣 but I had a show to watch the whole time while the TikTok influencers I’m assuming that work at this McDonald’s were preforming TikTok dances while my food was sitting for 50 minutes 😂 you can clearly see them dancing 😂😂😂

This location needs a new team or to be shut down entirely. It’s fast food, but my god are the people rude, unprofessional and mishandling food. Perhaps if they’re weren’t over worked, under paid and undervalued the staff would actually care enough to deliver quality food and a decent experience.

Pulled into the drive through at 7:16. Did not get to order until 7:37 and then didn't get my food until 7:53. My sausage McMuffin tasted like some sort of cleaning product so I spit it out and tossed it as soon as I got to work! Waste of time and money at this place! Watched them make what was supposed to be an iced coffee but was only caramel and milk(no coffee was put in the cup). This place is a complete joke of a fast food place. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere!

The employees need not to talk about how people look in the dining area where everyone can hear them. Also, they do not need to talk to each other where you cannot hear the person with you talk to each other
Place was not busy, but it took me going in after 20 minutes waiting for a Curbside pickup to get my food - which was cold and soggy by then.

Waited 25mins for a mobile curbside order and still had to go inside to get the food. Beagle was not cooked and cold, and breakfast burritos were rock hard.
