Folks, Y'all need to stop panicking in the kitchen when you get a morning rush. There's are egg shells in the eggs. Im not just talking about a small piece, im talking about two huge pieces of egg shells. Everything else is great.

went in to do some computer work and get a bite to eat.
an employee came in before shift started (had on uniform) on the phone talking loud using expletives which made me uncomfortable considering kids were in the lobby.
so I figured I would get my food to go, so I ordered the double cheeseburger buy one get one for $1.
the employee at the register looked at the screen for 30+seconds and couldn't perform the task obliviously, so I just left
this was 7/14/2025 @5:30.
terrible experience and I will not be back. the free wifi isn't worth it

The order was messed up. The manager working did a great job. Other orders were messed up, and all I could see was him making everything right with all the orders that were made wrong. Nice to see people who care about their job.

I placed a small order ($10) on the app today and had a bad experience at this location. My items were made incorrectly. I gave the items back to the employee and waited over 20 minutes (multiple interactions with employees) until someone gave me my replacement order, which was also incorrect. I then asked for the employee to refund my order. They correctly refunded my money, so at least they did that correctly. I imagine they have quite a bit of experience.

Great McDonald’s. Jasmine is awesome. She went out of her way to take care of me/looked in the back for more stock when she didn’t have to.
waited over 25 mins for a mobile order I had placed 20 minutes prior arriving. Took my first bite nothing but raw steak. Worst breakfast I’ve had from a McDonald’s, Never will be returning. Horrible experience.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness and customer service. The lobby and bathrooms were noticeably dirty, and the bathrooms had no soap available, which is a major hygiene issue—especially in a food establishment.
To make matters worse, there was no ice in the drink machine, and the lid dispensers appeared to have microbial growth inside them. That is not only disgusting but also a potential health hazard. The condiment area was sticky and unclean, with substances all over the packets and surfaces.
The staff made it clear that serving customers was a burden rather than a priority. There was no greeting, no smile, and certainly no sense of urgency or professionalism.
This location clearly needs serious attention from management or corporate oversight. Cleanliness and customer care should be basic expectations—both were severely lacking here.
