Brought my kids to eat decided to eat inside food and service was good but inside smelled like marijuana went inside the bathroom and saw workers smoking marijuana inside and left a horrible smell.

Lady walked up to the window while I was sitting waiting for a doordash order and she banged on it and said we're closed..when I tried to tell her I had a door dash order to pick up..which I could see from the window..she walked away and didn't come back..I checked their website and it says the drive thru is open until 2 am.. it is currently 12:28 as I'm writing this..It now has affected my door dashing ranking..so thanks for that

Waited in line for almost 30 mins then they said I couldn’t get breakfast bcus it was after 1030 meanwhile it was because we had to wait in line for 30 mins then they forgot our frappe until we had to ask again for it then they forgot the straw. Then they asked for a receipt meanwhile they didn’t even give us one

I ordered on the app and they wouldn’t give us our food when we went inside. We were told quite rudely to get in the drive thru line. Therefore I got in the line and reached the window after 25 minutes we finally. Then we waited 10 more minutes for the food. I asked the girl why we couldn’t get our food by going inside. She replied,”I’ve only been here 10 minutes!!” Then she slammed the window closed. I’ll never go back to this location! Actually I don’t think I’ll ever go back to McDonald’s!! If you guys want to earn my money you need to train your employees on customer service!!
The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds. If you go during the right time of day (early morning or lunch rush) your food will be fresh. Otherwise expect to get food thats been sitting for a while. The service is also hit or miss. I've had great experiences and ive been told by the staff that I was an inconvenience because I ordered curbside instead of drive-thru and I should be a better customer. So take it for what it is. Its McDonalds. You may get the people who really care about making food and customer service and have a great experience, or you may get the people who are just there for a check and get leftover food flung at you by someone who would rather be anywhere else.

Burger King is KING! I ordered extra pickles no less than 8 times and asked them to double checked to confirm it for my McCrispy. Got the sandwich…4 pickles…. BUT the KING took care of me!!! #BK

Got there at 10 pm on Saturday, I had Googled what time they were open until and directions because my family was hungry after leaving the airport. Man in the drive thru was SO RUDE. He said they were only accepting grub hub orders and I didnt hear exactly what he said because it was unexpected, I asked him to repeat what he said, and he literally shouted it at me. I said, Excuse me then because online, it says you are open until midnight. We left with nothing obviously and will never go back to that location
