I don’t think I have ever cried at a McDonald’s lol but tonight I did. I come here for DoorDash, and they consistently treat me like a nobody, and I do not understand why. I am never rude and I am always polite and patient, yet I quite literally am ignored and tend to be the last one helped. I will somehow be the first to arrive but the last to go out, and way after everybody else. Tonight it happened again. I guess they got what they wanted in me tearing up, but I don’t understand the point of it. Please be kinder to each other because you do not know what people are going through.

Messiest, rudest and most unstocked mcdonalds i have ever been in. Never again. We were hoping to enjoy the play place before heading to chuckee cheese for our child's birthday but it was so messy and unkempt that we didn't even let her play. There was no ketchup, tea of any sort, no lids for the cups, you were thrust your bag and had to ask for the cups which you were then told to get yourself. And the place was filthy. The cleanest place in the whole restaurant was the bathroom stalls.

This location is horrible. I was ignored waiting in the lobby at the cash register because the employees were more concerned with drive thru and door dash orders. The manager, Rachael, acted like everything was an inconvenience for her. There was no apology, just a very rude response of “Well we need to get caught up.” I will never be back

I tried to go there today on my way to work, 4:30 pm and when I parked in a handicapped space ( I am a disabled veteran) a person told me I can’t park there because they were pulling an 18wheeler there for unloading. I pointed to the handicapped sign and said federally protected parking can not be turned into a loading zone so they went and got an employee. The employee told me me to move my vehicle. I asked for his name and also asked him how they can use federally protected parking as a loading zone. He refused to tell me his name then got the one who claimed to be the manager who also refused to tell me her name. I told her they can’t turn protected parking into a loading zone for their convenience and she told me they won’t serve me and to leave or she will call the police. Then said “ go eat at Wendy’s “. I will never eat at this location again and I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

This place stinks, they are the home to homeless and I think they go in the restrooms to clean them selves. Restrooms are dirty and stink. The restaurant stinks bad too. The workers are lazy and don’t give af about your orders. I been there twice today and they never come around to ask what ur order is and never come around at all. My clients order was just sitting there about 10 minutes because they didn’t care to help. I got another other and was there another 10m and no one was even trying to make it.

I was trying to get a job at this location and I called the store to talk to a manager. When the phone was answered I could hear noise in the background and I was saying hello for them to just hang up on me. This happened numerous of times over the course of several hours. I then came into the restaurant and told them what happened and the woman ignored what I said like I'm trash and my words mean nothing. This is by far the rudest mcdonalds around.

Worst Customer customer service and disrespect I have received at this Hixson location. I decided to dine in for breakfast this particular morning. I am a regular (5 days a week)@ The employees and managing ignored a lobby full of guests and was very disrespectful to the two older gentlemen. The manager directed the two older gentlemen to the kiosk,they both stated they could not work it. She told them to learn, and use their comprehension. When I stepped forward for her to take my order I said good morning no reply. She asked was that all I wanted after taking my order. I told her actually I can spend my money elsewhere. I left.
Service is extremely slow, employees look like they would rather be at a funeral.

I placed a mobile order for breakfast. Picked up through the drive thru. When I got to the window I was asked to pull up. After waiting for over 30 mins. I drove back around and was told that someone told them I had drove off. Like really? Why would I drive off without the food I paid for. Then I was asked to pull up again. Waited another 30 mins to finally get my food which was only 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 drinks and 2 hashbrowns and a big breakfast meal. Not complicated at all. I arrived at 10:20am and did not get my food until 11:20 am! Absolutely ridiculous. I have to say this is the worst McDonald's. No matter when I go the service is horrible. Only reason why I went today is because that is what my kids wanted. After today though never again. I'm going to have to tell them we have McDonald's at home because they are terrible here and their attitudes towards everything is just " oh well" I don't advised anyone to go here unless you want horrible service!!!!!!!!

Fairly standard McDonald's. During peak hours on the weekends especially the wait times can be quite long, but during off-hours the service is great. The food is made properly according to McDonald's standards. There's a really nice big play area for the kids. My kids enjoy it very much. The play area is enclosed and air conditioned which is very nice.
