they kept getting peoples orders wrong as we saw multiple people return to the counter as well as had to do the same to get our correct food/drink. manager was yelling at the employees to stop asking for her after they kept getting orders wrong. my friend had a coffee that they forgot to add caramel and pumpkin spice, they insisted he paid again even though he had a receipt. eventually they took the drink back and instead of making it correctly simply added caramel to it and told him it had pumpkin already. i can understand if we were being rude, but we approached it very respectfully, the employees were helpful and kind it was the manager who decided to get rude with us and instead of correcting the mistake, escalating the situation. my friends and i have all worked fast food and we understand how it is, but refusing to remake a $2 coffee and getting rude about it distasteful. hope this woman finds some peace and learns to be kind not only to customers but her owner employees.

I've been sitting here for 30mins for a couple of sandwiches and I'm still waiting, they have people standing around and joking instead of preparing food. The screen has said now serving for so long that our number went off the screen. This is ridiculous.

This Play sucks workers do not pay attention to detail. Had to come in two times to get an order made right when I asked at the start for it to be made a specific way. Would not recommend

Just stopped by to get a sweet tea and coke. Had to go inside because they can not somehow process mobile orders thru drive thru. Worst experience at a McDonalds i have had. Was completely ignored, so was the other patrons there. When they finally stopped dancing around, I got my cups. Low and behold, teas out in lobby. Went to front counter to ask whom I assumed was the manager as she was grumpy and acted like in charge with others. She didn't say anything after I asked, continued to finish her task, then snatched my cup off the counter. NO people skills what-so-ever. Would not employ any of them at my establishment.

I am never rude and I am always polite and patient, yet I quite literally am ignored and tend to be the last one helped. I will somehow be the first to arrive but the last to go out, and way after everybody else. Tonight it happened again. I guess they got what they wanted in me tearing up, but I don’t understand the point of it. Please be kinder to each other because you do not know what people are going through.

Messiest, rudest and most unstocked mcdonalds i have ever been in. Never again. We were hoping to enjoy the play place before heading to chuckee cheese for our child's birthday but it was so messy and unkempt that we didn't even let her play. There was no ketchup, tea of any sort, no lids for the cups, you were thrust your bag and had to ask for the cups which you were then told to get yourself. And the place was filthy. The cleanest place in the whole restaurant was the bathroom stalls.

This location is horrible. I was ignored waiting in the lobby at the cash register because the employees were more concerned with drive thru and door dash orders. The manager, Rachael, acted like everything was an inconvenience for her. There was no apology, just a very rude response of “Well we need to get caught up.” I will never be back

I tried to go there today on my way to work, 4:30 pm and when I parked in a handicapped space ( I am a disabled veteran) a person told me I can’t park there because they were pulling an 18wheeler there for unloading. I pointed to the handicapped sign and said federally protected parking can not be turned into a loading zone so they went and got an employee. The employee told me me to move my vehicle. I asked for his name and also asked him how they can use federally protected parking as a loading zone. He refused to tell me his name then got the one who claimed to be the manager who also refused to tell me her name. I told her they can’t turn protected parking into a loading zone for their convenience and she told me they won’t serve me and to leave or she will call the police. Then said “ go eat at Wendy’s “. I will never eat at this location again and I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

This place stinks, they are the home to homeless and I think they go in the restrooms to clean them selves. Restrooms are dirty and stink. The restaurant stinks bad too. The workers are lazy and don’t give af about your orders. I been there twice today and they never come around to ask what ur order is and never come around at all. My clients order was just sitting there about 10 minutes because they didn’t care to help. I got another other and was there another 10m and no one was even trying to make it.
