Waited 15 minutes on curb side pick up and no one showed up. Called em, no one picked. At the window She said they’re short staffed but I can literally see two guys relaxing watching phone. Probably their shift ended cant complain. Went on drive thru waited another 15 minutes. You can literally smell through the window how bad it is inside. Not sure what the quality inspectors are doing. Finally she asked my food started making it, its obviously not hot and fries are horrible. Oily, not cooked well, I selected extra salt, but got no salt. Mcd never disappoints to provide 1 star service.

Play house is so filthy and extremely sticky and had a cockroach face my grand daughter out of. My double cheeseburger tasted like a piece of cardboard with a pickle. So dry it crumbled. Happy meal nuggets were hard as a rock. Very disappointing. Was looking forward to a nice little lunch with my grand daughter and left feeling very disappointed

Ordered through the app, table service, entered the table number after sitting, waited over 15 minutes (they were extremely busy and understaffed/told customers to please use the kiosk) went to register, waited, finally called my table number/ said he didn't know why it came up on there door dash orders. Ticket said dine in. NO NAPKINS. HEAT WAS NOT WORKING. My whole order was correct and cooked perfectly!! Employees were swamped but still very polite.
Kid-friendliness: Inside heated/cooled play area for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small eating area. It would be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair. Definitely not a large enough seating space to use a scooter.

As a customer and a dasher, I come here frequently. The service is terrible and the attitude between workers and of manager is always very negative. It takes forever to process an inside order. Continually disappointing. And this visit there's a puddle of water with cones present at pickup counter with no every to clean it up.

I would love to rate no stars. I waited in the drive though line for 30 minutes. When we reached the second window to pick up our food they didn't know what we ordered and had to ask for our receipt to go throw it together. Then the lady got mad and wanted to argue when I told her we didn't order tea, we ordered coke. I will never go back here. I will starve to death before I get disrespected like my adventure here.

This place was like taking your dog out to use thhe bathroom and he cant find where he wants to go until the 8th spot he smells and then you gotta pick it up bc you live in a apartment complex and youre on the "good side" and theres people outside looking at you. Its the same bc everytime they would come out with food you get excited thinking its yours but its not and when you get yours its wrong and not just forgot to add bacon or something little. Im talking like order a quarter pounder and get a fish sandwich swimming in tartar sauce and ketchup and im talking literally floating in the little box i couldnt tell what it was until i poked it with a fry that looked like it had been under the heat lamp longer than a middle class middle aged white lady that thinks shes still in her 20s and she might be but the tanning bed she got for her 18th birthday has made her look like the fake deaigner handbag she shows off at every chance she gets and tells everyone its fake and she got it for 15 but it was marked 45 the salesman was just flirting with her (yeah right) nobody wants that ham wallet not even her husband he stopped ordering his sildenifil before it was open on the market.

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant in existence. The management should be fired. We have attempted to eat there 3 times. The first 2 we were left sitting at the drive thru window over 20 minutes and finally gave up and left. The 3rd time we went in and waited close to 15. Not enough employees and zero management. Food cold. Ice cream melted and running down the outside of the container. Another woman who was there before us watched her food get cold waiting on a coffee that never came. Truly a failed restaurant that should be shut down.

The worst service day in and day out. Always waiting forever to get thru the drive thru and when you get to the window to pick up they ask you to pull up and they give you the wrong food. Today I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and they left off the egg. It’s everyday and all the time.
