Opens at 6am not 5am like it says online. Several very Rude employees with extremely poor customer service skills and little to no care for the restaurant as a whole. Door dash and Uber eats drivers are treated irrelevant and like for trash which is insane to me bc the apps and ultimately the delivery drivers bring lots of business to places like this raising employees pay rates and giving opportunity for more hours to work. I would think they would appreciate us delivering for them and bringing business to the area and the restaurant but the employees here don’t seem to understand how business works.

Are all Mc Donald's in Tennessee not capable of making milk shakes?
Am sure the place is fine and looks like most McDonald's but why was this store not able to make a Milkshake at 2pm? Interesting now that I think about it, even the other location I tried two days ago was not able to make it at 2pm.

Just left from here. Food came out piping hot and made correctly which is a huge plus but the customer service is lacking so bad. I work in customer service and there’s a way to speak to people and handle customers. McDonald’s of all the fast food has the most rude employees. The food was good though.

The laziest, most pathetic workers you’ll ever meet. They just throw things in your bag without checking the receipt just to make you go away. Incredible rude and will blatantly ignore you or mess up your order. Every person in there deserves to be jobless.

First experience here. The Rossville Blvd and Fort O locations are so bad Ive been driving to Chickamauga when I want McDonalds. Stopped here before a doctors appt. Once my order was placed, there was barely any waiting, and they gave jellies!! I always forget to ask for jelly. This location is on point!

Slowest, dirtiest, rudest, never get your order right McDonald's I've ever been to. Might as well throw my $20 in the trash and call that breakfast. It doesn't matter if you door dash it drive through or go inside its always terrible. If you go inside employees are always fighting lobby full of people with wrong orders. Floors walls tables signs all dirty. I try to avoid this place but usually get stuck eating there once a month.

I hope this makes its way back to her but I brought my one year old in for his first time eating McDonald’s while we waited for our slot for Santa pics. Ashley was amazing and like an angel to him. She was kind caring and sweet as could be. It really was rare to see that kind of hospitality and care in customer service now a days and it truly made mine and my sons day. I just wanted to make it know how great of an experience it was because of her. So if you see this Ashley at McDonald’s you are awesome and appreciated
