I got a cinnamon roll and besides it being kinda expensive they ask for a tip, it’s not tasty it’s hard and dry. Won’t buy desserts from here no more. It’s going to the trash!

Drip coffee was really bad, some sort of chemical taste. No silverware or plastic ware to eat the other half of my eggs that fell out of my breakfast sandwich. The staff and atmosphere are generally uninviting. Plenty of other coffee shops around to try before this one.

we said dine in but was given to-go cups, felt like they didn’t want us to dine in….they could definitely work on the friendliness of the customer service. my latte came out warm not hot. the coffee was interesting lots of fruity notes, not my favorite. the food was really good though i got a breakfast bagel and a cinnamon roll.

We just got Mocha’s they were a little too sweet for our taste but we went up and they fixed them with an extra shot of espresso for no charge

This is the worst coffee shop I've been to in Chattanooga. No decaf options. Then when you do get regular coffee you are expected to add your own cream and sugar after paying premium price for a coffee that should be ready to drink when handed to you. This is a perfect example of an over hyped hipster hang out that is all environment and no substance at all.

I would love to see you reduce your single use plastic offerings at this café. While plenty of people were enjoying their meals for here, in reusable dishware, it seems that almost half the tables did not get the memo that they had the option to create less waste.
By asking customers clearly if they’ll be staying here or to go, and by not offering frivolous and unnecessary plastics, like the throwaway water cups seen here, you will be able to empower your customer base to keep Tennessee beautiful by not contributing further to the plastic waste crisis.
Because at the rate we are producing and consuming plastic, only 5% of which actually gets recycled, we are slated to have more plastic than fish in the oceans by 2050. It is up to individual consumer behavior, the restaurants that we choose to give our business to, and smart policies to keep us from worsening our reliance on this material that is making us sick, and that is polluting our environment at rapid pace.
Thank you for considering how to help your customers help the environment. For me, it means a lot to support a business that aligns with my values, which are rooted in my love of place and this beautiful scenery we are surrounded by. Let’s keep it beautiful by not adding to the mess! ?

Ordered the breakfast biscuit. Undercooked bacon, overall pretty bland. If you are a tea drinker they have an assortment of teas but no English or Irish Breakfast. Atmosphere was nice though.

The burritoes used to be HUGE but now for $12 they have shrunk down. Used to be a decent value for $12 now not worth it at all. Please tell the kitchen staff to wrap big burritoes.

I have never been treated with such disrespect and downright rudeness as I've been treated in this establishment. Twice, I have been in and been waited on by Savanah. She absolutely has zero respect for customers and doesn't know how to say thank you or anything that would make me want to come back in here. Seriously!!! I love mean mug coffee, but will go to another location than deal with such a NASTY employee!!

I brought my wife here (at 2:26pm) as a small celebration because we just picked up a new car and got a new job.
We were in high spirits until we ordered our food (smoked salmon bagel, breakfast plate, chai latte, oatmilk latte).
The lady (receipt says Martha Grace C) at the register said, "to go? ...or for here...." and had paused as if the "for here" option was not good.
We said "for here" as we were just going to have a quick snack and leave. We knew they closed at 3pm. The restaurant had about 15 customers that looked like they were busy working.
"You do know that we close at 3pm right?" -Martha Grace
"Yes that's no problem" -me
We sat down and got our food within 8 minutes. She had brought it in a to go bag with no napkins, and one pair of utensils even though we said "for here".
When we asked why it was in a to go bag anyway, she said "because we close at 3pm."
The salmon bagel, chai latte, and oatmilk latte were good.
But the breakfast plate honestly looked thrown together like a gas station meal. The potatoes had a large brown crusted mass that looked to be crusted leftover food from the grill.
We finished our food at 2:45pm and left at 2:56pm.
There were at least 6 customers still sitting and in meetings by the time we left.
I understand a business has closing hours, and I won't go somewhere 5 minutes before they close to ask for a fresh steak.
However, being upset with a customer for walking into a **coffee shop** 36 minutes before they close on a tuesday is ridiculous.
The food quite literally took 8 minutes to deliver, and another 10 for us to eat the light meal.
You should not be treating anybody like this. And if there is a problem, there are much better ways to resolve it. What you did was childish and tarnishes the reputation of those who work hard to run a business.

Great place to hang. Gf brownie & sugar free iced caramel coffee were smashing! Has a super cool vibe, industrial rustic. Will prob be back next time I'm in town. Was able to meet up with relatives I hadn't seen in ages & we sat for 2+ hrs and talked & laughed & emoted ! We weren't rushed out of there or anything. Glorious.
Dietary restrictions: Flourless brownie was very good and rich.

Despite this place having great food and baked goods and great service, the coffee to me is consistently either disappointing or awful tasting. I've tried different coffee drinks here over the years but I think I've finally accepted that this isn't the place for me.

This coffee shop surprised me!! The food was amazing and so tasteful. The coffee was 10/10, and the service was great. Every employee was super sweet and took their time with each customer. Would definitely recommend.
