Good Nitro brew; not great like some places, but it’s strong in caffeine. And they have FOOD 🥘 it’s decent. I do like this location for some purposes I deal with. It’s out of the way of other shops; but I like that because it’s less crowded and bigger store.

Very unfriendly service, not greeted when entering the coffeehouse. Barista/cashier girl was not helpful either. Overpriced coffee.

Great atmosphere. The Americano and cappuccino were prepared and delivered within 10 minutes. However, the biscuit and bagel took over 30 minutes and were way over-cooked when they arrived.

The iced dirty chai latte, oatmeal with various options for toppings, and breakfast bagel (vegan sausage) were all delicious! Online ordering was easy and it was ready when I got there.

Really cool spot and excellent vibe. I had a pretty basic cold coffee which was excellent. I’ll be back to dive deeper into fancy coffees etc.

With so many legitimately good places in Chattanooga to get coffee, do not waste your time here. Was served an incredibly milky latte, and when I asked for more espresso, they charged me $3 and asked for a tip! Unreal. The food looked like slop I could make at home, and tasted the same. If you want coffee that’s actually good and people that care about their customers, try Mad Priest just a few blocks away!

we usually order from the Mean Mug in Northshore, but this experience at this location was horrible. Portion size was 1/3 size of north shore, avocadoes were not even ripe, food was bland and inedible. We didn't eat any of it and threw it in trash. Please only go to the location near the Whole Foods and never ever ever this one.

Visiting my cousin for the weekend and I like to go to local coffee shops. I ordered the paleo breakfast and a banana latte with cold foam. The kale and avocado on the breakfast plate were both completely spoiled and the latte didn’t have any cold foam because it mixed in like regular cream (which is not the point of cold foam). The napkins were out, as well. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

Nice people and perfect food ! Absolutely loved it
Such a great little hole-in-the-wall cafe! Delicious food, a sweet young lady to take your order & calm atmosphere!
Coffee shop with simple breakfast options as well. Gluten-free bagel sandwiches and good coffee.
