Visiting my cousin for the weekend and I like to go to local coffee shops. I ordered the paleo breakfast and a banana latte with cold foam. The kale and avocado on the breakfast plate were both completely spoiled and the latte didn’t have any cold foam because it mixed in like regular cream (which is not the point of cold foam). The napkins were out, as well. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

Coffee shop with simple breakfast options as well. Gluten-free bagel sandwiches and good coffee.

I've been a regular here since I moved to Southside in 2018. I have to admit I was a bit sad they got rid of happy hour from 3-5pm during the week but I can see how the hours were slower then. Anyways, I wanted to give a huge shout out to ALL of the staff who always take care of me. But this past Sunday March 16th, Emma was the best ever and took my annoying order (I stock up on coffees for the week since I can't come before they close anymore LOL) shortly before closing time! I called to make sure she'd be okay with that and she was amazing! The rest of the staff is always so great and wonderful too. I love everyone who works there! It's great to see this business has grown with different locations (I've been to the Northshore location a few times) but Southside's location will always be my go to!!! Thank you for amazing coffee! I also LOVE the customer card where you get a free coffee after 10 coffee purchases, it's the best loyalty program!!!

Side note: I've gotten their Trap sandwich before and their chocolate chip cookies before.....and their giant cinnamon rolls featured on Cheap Eats all those years ago....all delicious!!!!

I've loved going here for years, but the music recently is REALLY killing the vibe. A bunch of weird sad covers, makes it really hard to relax.

Amazing customer service truly exceptional, I was caught up in doing my work and hadn’t realised the shop was closed and they did not disturb me at all let me finish my work well past closing time, the food was great will definitely come back again if I’m in town

I came here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich while visiting a friend. My latte was just okay. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best latte I’ve ever had. I got the bagel breakfast sandwich and it was yummy! I should’ve added cream cheese or some sort of spread because it was a tiny bit dry, but that’s all personal preference. The inside had a decent amount of seating and it seemed like a good place to work or study!

Got the egg bites and a latte, both were tasty! A great stop on the way to the aquarium. Friends got some of the other food (biscuits, etc) and it all looked delicious.

Nathan is an exceptional latte artist! Not only are his coffee brews incredibly delicious and strong, he makes a perfectly instagrammable cup every time. Highly recommend stopping by this location to see him!

Nathan is the best barista in the greater Chattanooga area BY FAR.

This place was cool, but one of the servers had a shitty attitude when my sister asked a simple question. 🤨
