I've been a regular here since I moved to Southside in 2018. I have to admit I was a bit sad they got rid of happy hour from 3-5pm during the week but I can see how the hours were slower then. Anyways, I wanted to give a huge shout out to ALL of the staff who always take care of me. But this past Sunday March 16th, Emma was the best ever and took my annoying order (I stock up on coffees for the week since I can't come before they close anymore LOL) shortly before closing...
Amazing customer service truly exceptional, I was caught up in doing my work and hadn’t realised the shop was closed and they did not disturb me at all let me finish my work well past closing time, the food was great will definitely come back again if I’m in town
I came here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich while visiting a friend. My latte was just okay. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best latte I’ve ever had. I got the bagel breakfast sandwich and it was yummy! I should’ve added cream cheese or some sort of spread because it was a tiny bit dry, but that’s all personal preference. The inside had a decent amount of seating and it seemed like a good place to work or study!
