Had a wonderful time at the downtown location of Mellow Mushroom. May was our server, she was so friendly and a wonderful server too! Highly recommend this place for great food and a great time. Ask for May to be your server!
Haley was amazing! Service and food/drinks were great as always. Definitely recommend.
Ella our server is the best! helpful and fun. we stopped by after the aquarium!
pizza was delicious. our server was attentive. but it took over an hour to get our pizza. not good when you are in a hurry or have an appointment

Server was a bit too mellow. Place was busy, but not slammed. Waited about 10 minutes before server even came by for our order/drinks. Then another 10 minutes before he comes back and says there's a question on our order. 20 minutes there already and we ask how much longer to eat, we're in a bit of a hurry... he tells us another 30 minutes to get our pies. 50 minutes to get a pizza? We left.

When the couple who delivered my pizza showed up, it looked like he took her for a long ride before they delivered the pizza, which explains why it was so frigid. Disgusting business.

We were told it was a 10-15 min wait, which we obliged. As we sat waiting the hostess' friends came in. As they were laughing and chatting the hostess stated she didn't really have a table for them but she would seat them at a booth anyway. She escorted her friends back to our booth, so we left. I used to eat here all the time but I will never return to any mellow mushroom ever again. Unethical, poor service.
