Service and Atmosphere was great! We went early in the afternoon so that could be the reason why we had the experience we got. We order the buffalo chicken pizza and were not satisfied with it. The chicken seemed to be raw or almost rubbery. We spoke with the manager and she was very nice and understanding. They offered us another pizza on the house. Customer service 10/10. Well when we got the what would have been $30 pizza home, it looked like something I would've gotten from Little Caesar....

Forget about it.....we travel to Florida from Michigan (driving) at least once a year and always stop at Chattanooga for the pizza at mellow mushroom. Its incredible, dont pass up an opportunity to try it if you're in town.

Fresh salad! The best homemade dressing! And the pretzel bites- A m A z I n G ! Kayla was my server! She was very attentive and so sweet!! I always enjoy Mellow Mushroom Hamilton Place!! Today was the same!! 😊 I meant to take a picture before I ate- but forgot- I thought these pics were better than an empty plate!! 😁

AMAZING!! The food, selection, ambiance, and service were A+!! My son is lactose intolerant and they can make any pizza with vegan/lactose free cheese and you can't even tell the difference. Wish we had one closer to us in South Florida.
