Avoid this place -- it has gone way downhill. Mediocre food that is WAY overpriced. Dark and depressing space. Spend your money elsewhere. At half price it's still not worth it.

I never knew this place was around until the other day. Food was absolutely amazing, nothing fancy just burgers, chicken, and salad but it was the best burger and fried bologna I've ever ate. Staff was just as good as the food and the fact I could shoot darts and pool after I ate was a bonus.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love my Merv's Burgers, patty melt, and burger salad. This being said, we don't always eat in. We order to go. Problem with to-go orders is that they're VERY inconsistent. Like previous reviewers have said, they've asked for ingredients to be left off, only to get home and find out that those ingredients are on the sandwich. To-Go orders of the tater tots are usually very overdone and to go orders of the fries are just no longer a thing I do due to them either being not completely done, overdone, or just plain flimsy. Those can only be eaten when I'm at the restaurant. So fast forward to an order I placed this past weekend. A patty melt, a burger, a side of tater tots, and a side of onion rings. I paid $7+ for the tots and $8 for 5, yes 5, onion rings. Almost $16 for this??? (See pic below) I would have paid $8 for what I got, but almost $16 for this minimal amount. That's a no. I will continue to be a patron of this restaurant but only if I dine in. Still love the burgers though!!

Fry's with side of a hamburger. First time coming there not impressed had both waitress' take my order still didn't get it right ask no tomato no mustard they brought it was no mayo with mustard they scraped the veggies with mustard off and just reapplied veggies forgot pickles paid didn't even get a thanks for coming or anything she didn't tell me a total just took my card and ran it and said nothing was a 5-6 year old child running around behind the counter and busting the tables witch is kinda weird to me but average burger and fries just kinda crappy service

I did an grubhub order with these guys first time. Wife went to pick it up they had no clue. Then they finally found my order. Got home was impressed with the size of the burger. Unwrapped it and a massive chunk of onion and in my order I said no onion no pickles and no sause they did not read it so my burger is nasty but the drive back is not worth the cost. First time ordering and the last time.

Best french fries in Chattanooga and Excellent burgers. And it's owned by two former waitresses (red-headed identical twins) so the service is good and friendly.
