Amazing fresh cooked burgers!! Portions are huge & staff is super attentive!! It may take a minute to get your food, but that's because it's good, hot and fresh when it gets to you!! Could be THE bust burger 🍔 in Red Bank. Also that bologna on the fried bologna sandwich is 1 &1/2 inch thick!!!
I had lunch at Mervs today and I left really pleased with the food and the service. The waitress was great and showed true customer service. I will be back.

Recommended by a friend. Wife & I ordered their burgers. Laken took our order. She is one of the owners, along with her twin sister. She was great. We told her we had never been there before, and she set us up with some of their trademark items; some kind of fried potato string, and some onion rings. The burgers were awesome, the chips were different, but good. I don't care for onion rings, but the wife liked them. We will definitely visit again, next time in the area! *parking can be difficult during busy times. There are only a handful of spots out front. We had to circle a few times before someone left

We enjoy going to mervs after we've been riding all day
We used to enjoy coming here for dinner. It was a great little greasy spoon. We'd bring guests from out of town and when family came in it was a great spot to bring them and all our kids. However, it has since turned into a bar and is no longer a restaurant. Filled with pool tables, liquor specials leading to loud voices and rowdiness it has completely changed. No longer somewhere to grab a bite and definitely not a place to bring kids.
