Worst Mexican food I have eaten. For downtown Chattanooga, this type of food and service was not expected. We ordered 2 entrees and he brought out one, I am thinking other one is still being made. 10-15 mins later I got tired and went to ask the serve because he was busy scrolling on his phone. He was like I only placed order for one dish. He was not attentive at all. And the complimentary chips and salsa also tasted stale. Food was very bland.

The food was really good. It was pretty empty when we went.

Awesome Mexican spot!
We stopped in as part of our taco crawl and were really impressed. The service was super fast, and the decor inside is really fun and vibrant. It got busy fast, which is always a good sign—and the tacos definitely lived up to the hype. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

Good place to eat with good food. I'm a little surprised that they are packed on a Saturday. I need to come back though.

The food was excellent. The service was not as great, as a server my self I would never ask a paying customer “no tip today” while paying with card with cash tip in hand . After she couldn’t have even paid attention to what drink I had and poured water in my tea when she was my server the whole time.

Food was authentic and portions were plentiful. Service was warm and welcoming.

As I was approaching the bathroom an employee from the kitchen went in before me, he exited the bathroom about 20 seconds later. Thinking that wasn't enough time to use the bathroom and wash hands I noticed the sink was dry. I immediately looked into the kitchen to find him leaning over the food prep area on his phone, no way he had time to wash his hands.
The worst part was that when I pulled the survey to the side (as not to make a scene) to speak with her about it, she went to the manager and he came and said he was still holding a wet paper towel to prove he washed his hands. Nobody walks around in a kitchen with a wet paper towel and their hands from the bathroom. But what really got me was he didn't take my concern seriously and basically told me I was lying. I attempted to pay and leave, they did refuse my payment and I left. I was pretty upset by the fact that they chose to blame me instead of address the health safety concern.

Mexiville has become my favorite Mexican restaurant in the city! The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. They do an outstanding job accommodating my allergies and I always leave grateful and happy.
