We often order takeout food from this restaurant and usually it’s great. We ordered the chicken and rice with extra queso to go. We got home and they had put extra chicken and NO queso. When I called to let them know they messed up the order and that we would like to come back to get the queso we ordered, they told us we could pay for it, even though we paid for extra chicken we didn’t order and we were having to return to the restaurant for their mistake. Customer service fail. Do better next time.

Normally a great place to eat, but don't go on the weekends. The food and service is normally outstanding, but the staffing for weekends must be shorthanded. Service was slow and food came out different than listed on the menu even though no changes were requested. Don't order drinks, the margaritas are pure mix and overpriced.

Beyond underwhelming drinks are not very good, service was absolutely terrible, and when the manager came over to see what was wrong, she acted like she didn’t care. Won’t be back. Worst service in Chattanooga and did nothing to rectify the issue. Also extremely loud

Phenomenal phenomenal and phenomenal establishment enjoyed myself. My friends and I were their for a mini babyshower. The drink, food, and atmosphere were A1.

This is one of my favorite spots. Come for the holidays and check out the cute holiday cocktails. Riley, India and Madison always take such good care of us that have become regulars. The drinks are too both g and the food is not your average Mexican food. It’s thoughtfully prepared and presented and the flavor profiles are complex and soooo delicious. Check out this gem as soon as you can.

My husband and I stepped in for simple apps and drinks as we started a date night and ended up LOVING our time at the bar. Knowledgeable staff behind the mixing of some yummy drinks (I had a tropical marg, my husband did an old fashioned twist with mescal) and very personable. We ordered the salsa sampler and the spicy pineapple was so freaking good! I even ordered more to go! Fresh chips, good vibes…we are out-of-towners but come into Chat often and this is a new fav for us.

I have been several times and never had anything I didn’t like. Flavorful food and great atmosphere. Great service as well.
We always get fiesta dip and add chorizo. The house salsa is fantastic. Cocktails are wonderful. I recommend any margarita.
