First off, prices are RIDICULOUS!! This is Tennessee not LA! Regular pho size bowl is $15! It’s supposed to be $12 at most! And for how much you pay, you don’t even get a lot of food. Barely any beef and noodles. The service wasn’t good either.
You are used to good pho and other Asian dishes, this place is not it.
For the owner: please hire better staff and cook better food with better prices and put more food in each plate!

This is actually my second time here. I wasn’t a fan the first time but I came back because of the reviews on tik tok. Flavorless. I got pho & a couple spring rolls. Literally zero flavor. I added so much sauce and chili oil & it didn’t help at all.

Amazing every single time. I always get the beef ball pho and they have the chili oil, hoison sauce, Sriracha, purple basil, bean sprouts, and lime to add and I do it all!! Its always amazing! You can choose wherever you wanna sit there is such a nice aquarium and just a very comfortable vibe. The service is always on point very accommodating and friendly. They check in at regular intervals and leave a pitcher of water for the table so you can calm the flames that yoy self induce by adding too much chili oil 🤣 . I got here almost every other week and it never fails. Such a comfort food for me.

Our party of 12 experienced subpar service. One family member received her meal before her drink and appetizer, and before everyone else. By the time the rest of us received our meals, her food was cold. Furthermore, the rest of us received our meals before our drinks. I was served my Banh Mi sandwich last, and it was disappointing. Our waitress failed to bring our drinks despite multiple requests. As a server, it is standard protocol to serve drinks, followed by appetizers, and then the main course. Unfortunately, our waitress did not meet these expectations. The entire experience was unsatisfactory, and we will not be returning. I would not even give one star. By the way, The waitress was not Vietnamese, and I believe her heritage was Hispanic.

Friendly place with delicious food. A hidden gem in my opinion. This is a must-do for my family whenever we are in Chattanooga.
My friend and I visited Super Pho and Grill today, and it was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, sat down and were immediately taken care of. I think our servers name was Ana, im not entirely sure. I will say, the A/C was broken but I know that is not something in the staffs control and they had signs posted saying that it would be fixed by tomorrow. The staff was extremely kind and apologetic for the situation and had many fans running. As for the food, we both ordered pho and it came out in less than 10 minutes of us being there. The prices are very reasonable and I 100% recommend.

Best Pho since leaving Dallas, TX!! Glad we found Super Pho and Grill. Only negative is it is very warm inside (no a/c) which is not pleasant when eating hot soup. But the pho is full of vegetables and very filling. Have been twice and will go again.
