We really enjoy Mike’s! The outdoor patio is fantastic and on cold nights the inside is great too! There’s always a game on, dartboard, and smiling faces. The drink drinks and food are great. The burger and onion rings is my favorite, but the nachos can be great and spicy. For us this is a great place to go, drink, and relax. It’s easy to walk or bike but they have good parking too.

The team of two, Josh and Gwen, are absolutely fantastic! They work together seamlessly, are always attentive and make us feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell they really care about their guests. Highly recommend —this duo ALWAYS makes coming to Mike’s Hole in the Wall wonderful!

Oh my goodness. I found this place online and thought it might be fun to go try their smash burger! I have never had one before and thought this was a smaller place and bet they would have a nice made in house burger. You know, actually hand pressed and made there. I bet and lost. What a disappointment. It was not smashed. It was your average Sysco frozen burger. I must say, the sauce was delicious. The tomatoes were fresh. The melted cheese was delicious too. We also ordered the onion rings. Absolutely delicious seasoning. Unfortunately the batter was very thin and fell off of the rings. The service was pretty fast. At first we got the feeling she didn’t really care too much, no connection or concern for our visit being pleasant. We had to shower her with smiles and friendliest and finally got her to warm up. The interior is fine. Airy and comfortable.

Quaint little watering hole we found when the husband and I came down to Chattanooga for our nieces wedding.

Stopped in late night on a Sunday night with 45+ in our party bus and was still very lively for being well past 1 AM. Very nice atmosphere, great music, and surprisingly great pub fare (the wings were phenomenal).

Staff was super welcoming and catered to all our needs. The young general manager Niko was extremely professional and came to all of our tables on several occasions to ensure everything was exceeding expectation. He is undeniably a rising star in the industry and will no doubt be a cornerstone to build around for that establishment.

The one minor issue we had was in regards to the lead bartender that evening... didn’t get his name.. middle aged gentleman that was wearing Oregon University gear. He seemed slightly disinterested in providing stellar service and would not offer us the beer flight menu upon request. Also seemed somewhat unknowledgeable when several in our group asked him about potential wine pairings for our main courses.

He was okay and we all agreed he has the potential to excel if that excellent GM Niko can brush him on some customer service training basics.

All in all though, Mike’s Hole in the Wall was a tremendous experience and would highly recommend to anyone in Chattanooga.

We make it a point to eat at Mike's Hole in the Wall on a regular basis and have likely sampled everything on the menu. Every app, entree, salad, and side has exceeded our expectations, both in taste and portion size. The staff and manager are always friendly and accommodating. And the drink assortment is excellent. This is the place we always bring out of towners for a true taste of Chattanooga and atmosphere. Whether it's a Mike's burger, chicken tenders, onion rings, tots or salad you crave, this is the place to come.

Had a extraordinary dinner at Mike's. What a stellar team and truly exemplary sports bar experience. Nestled in the mountains of eastern TN, you can't go wrong stepping into Mike's.

Arrived shortly after 7 p.m. and paid $9 to park in the lot next door because parking was full. Denied entry because our teen was with us and they don't allow anyone under 21 after 7 p.m. Would have been nice to have seen this posted on Google or their website prior to wasting $9 for parking.

Very cool place, not fancy, but fun!
