Asked for a burger with vegetable medley. Got burger with fries. Waitress said they were making them. Never got them. When we brought that up - waitress just said... it doesn't affect the price. First time here - good to know it's a place we don't need to come back to. Ohhh... she came back to say the manager took off 10%. Wow....okay- um thanks

The food is always pretty good. The wait staff around the bar area always shine! I go here anytime I need good bar food and a drink after work!

Good menu selections - both for food and for craft beer on tap. I requested a seat at the bar where I received excellent service.

Honestly as a first time customer I expected more. We were sat at a dirty table- the server was kind at first (white man short spiked hair). Drinks were good- probs to the bartender.
We had to flag server down for drinks multiple times and once for sauce. He had an extremely bitter attitude when we stayed to talk for a while after. I left 10% cash - normally I leave minimum 10% and more if they are better. He then proceeded to highlight the entire bottom of the receipt in neon for the gratuity section for our friends. I understand tips are checks for a lot of people - but it is NOT a necessity , and if I am served poorly and given a bad attitude I will not tip more than 10%.
On the other hand- the pasta, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes all had no seasoning/ flavor.

Deceptive receipts on to go orders. The online portal shows you a service fee if you want to order online. If you order over the phone they do not tell you there is a service fee. I was in the area and decided to call in as it was easier when driving etc. When I got there they gave me an unitemized receipt with a tip section. I tipped on the receipt and signed it. I was then given my other receipt. They don't want you to see the "packaging fee" so that you double pay with a tip. That's extremely unethical. I showed my sister, who is a chef and has been in the industry for 25 years, and she also said that it was unethical. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me before I wrote this review. Now for the food. The last time we ate here was in April 2024 and it was great! Last night however, my shrimp was extremely brown, assumingly meaning they have bad oil since the shrimp wasn't tough or overcooked, my sirloin was rare as ordered and cut like plywood, vegetables were flavored well and my husband's osso buco was so tough he couldn't chew the majority of it. We ordered this in April and it was fantastic. We were just extremely unhappy with this visit.

For goodness sakes have the bartenders wipe down the stainless steel tap towers EVERY DAY. All the way up! Get a long stick.. both of them are filthy with dust and splatter. Haven't been touched in weeks. Look at them both from the customer side too. Manager gets 2 demerits

My husband and I chose Miller Ale after a day of enjoying some of the benefits of Chattanooga, we’ve eaten at Millers in Murfreesboro, TN before and it was good, but nope not in Chattanooga !!! We ordered the Bavarian pretzel with cheese and that nasty mustard, the pretzel was amazing too bad the cheese sauce was like water running through a faucet with absolutely ZERO flavor! I ask our server if it was suppose to be so watery and she said it’s always like that! I ordered a watermelon margaritas on the menu it said it came with watermelon and a lime, my drink arrived and no watermelon, so at this point we are NOT off to a good start! I ordered 6 chicken wings and fries, we got our food and the chicken wings were so greasy that neither the sauce for the wings not the ranch wanted to stay on the wings, I understand wings are a tad greasy, but I had wings enough to know that’s the sauce and ranch does stay when dipped! Very disappointed for how much we paid for our food! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Our waitresses were great. Food is extremely overpriced and I ordered a bowl that you could literally get from Tacobell too and it was basically twenty dollars. Not worth it at all.

This was our go to but now they are starting to charge for every little thing and good service is not consisyeny t..Chive tv our kiddos entertainment has been down for past four weeks..... We so enjoyed relaxing.. Eating good food and watching funny videos. But this has changed... Lady time there for lunch had gristly chicken and horrible service

They've always have really good food. And I enjoy the place. However, whenever I order an actual cocktail or a picture of margaritas, there is absolute zero alcohol in any of the drinks. I'm 125 lb female I drank an entire pitcher margaritas and not the slightest hum of a buzz. If you come here and plan to have some drinks, stick to wine and beer. Cocktails are extremely low in liquor and mostly mixes

We just ate at Millers on 10/30 and got there at 10 pm. The whole process from start to finish took 2 and a half hours which is absolutely insane because the restaurant had some people in there but wasn’t super busy by any means. We were a party of 6. I’m going to get your name wrong but Chamile (skinnier girl with curly brown hair and light complexion) was our server and in the kindest way possible you are in the wrong profession. We saw you at the most 3 times from start to finish. Thank god one of your other servers helped out that we had to flag down like three separate times to get literally anything. I’m a server and have been for 10 years now and my biggest complaint about you is just the complete lack of attention you gave us? You blatantly ignored us. You never once came up and checked on us or acknowledged that things were taking forever. It was one of those “if I dont acknowledge them it doesn’t exist” situations. You even came up to me an hour into us waiting for our food to tell me you didnt have any more loaded baked potato’s left. You offered me a discount on my meal which I didn’t ask for and never would but the cherry on top was the fact that you offered that and then forgot to even take the bake potato off my check at the end. Like why offer a discount (which once again I didn’t ask for) and then not even take it off at the end. After telling you we were ready for our checks you said “be right back” and all of us knew we wouldn’t see you again for at least another 30 minutes. After 30 mins of waiting we flagged your other server down and she finally ran our checks. You lacked all of the qualities of a server who can give guests experience. The lack of timeliness, quality, detail, attentiveness and just straight up lack of accountability was astounding. I’ve been going to this miillers since 2019 and don’t think I’ve received service this bad ANYWHERE in a really really long time.
