This used to be the best BBQ in the city. The quality has gone down significantly, and portions are skimpy. For a family of 4, it's close to $75 to $100. Prices have gone up, which are expected. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The brisket tastes like pot roast.

The food is exactly what you want from fresh good BBQ, but the atmosphere is what really keeps me going there. They want to talk to each of the guests, they want to know your story. Especially if you are a veteran. Just love this place.

These guys are all about veterans and active military. The place is covered in interesting photos and memorabilia. Everyone is friendly, and the service is on point and fast. The brisket is delicious, and their homemade horse radish sauce is amazing.
Very good at counter service. Friendly staff, organized service line. We were a large group (bus load) and they shuffled us on through the line, getting all orders correct. The hand cut fries are delicious! I had chopped smoked chicken that was fairly good - it was moist. The brisket my friend ordered was better, but maybe a bit dry. Nice selection of sides. A little pricey, but the portions were generous.

Our first time here but not our last! Food was absolutely delicious. The sauces were fantastic, couldn't decide which one we liked best. The staff was amazing. Bren was very kind and helped us with the menu, Stacy checked on us at our table and told us a bit of the history. Love the tribute to the military and first responders. Highly recommend!

Please use mission bbq for all your catering events! The food is absolutely amazing, with a variety of meats, sides, and sauces!!! John was great with communication and helping my husband and I out with the catering for our wedding! They came with their own tables, plates, silverware, and table cloths! Our guests were all going up for seconds and they set aside a pan of each meat and side for us to take home and we were able to keep ALL the additional left overs!!! We are over the moon happy that we had mission bbq cater our wedding.
