Always a warm welcome and good food. So many sauces to choose from. They even have a couple Icee's. I frequently visit here and I am never disappointed.

We've been travelling and have eaten at different Moes along the way. This was the BEST tasting and most friendly Moes we have been too. Highly recommend! Restaurant was very clean, tofu made perfectly...not too dried out like other locations, and staff very pleasant.

Seemed like it would be a good place to eat everyone is very friendly but the meat and toppings in general are just super bland. Would not recommend if you have good taste buds!

The most pitiful $13.00 bowl, child size portion and no salsa with the chips, do better!
Great service during dinner rush Very friendly crew the manager was sweet and made sure to apologize for our wait when they ran out of the meat we wanted didn’t mind the wait they kept us going in good conversation and offered a free drink which made the time fly we need more service people like them in restaurants !

After a rough experience last time, I wasn’t sure I’d be walking back into Moe’s anytime soon. But today? Total turnaround.
The store was clean, the portions were generous, and the sweet lady who helped us was an absolute gem—no fake customer service, just real kindness and actual help. She made the whole thing feel easy and warm, like it should.
The food? Delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed.
This is the Moe’s that deserves a spot on the roster. Consider it noted. 🌯

I’d say it’s a wannabe chipotle. The food was eeehh the service too. Nothing to report home about.

The food is amazing! The first time the staff was so friendly, the second time less so but they weren’t rude. Have I mentioned the food is amazing? and they have vegan options! I personally like it better than Chipotle’s

Do not come here!!! I love Moe’s but this one is BAD. It’s like it’s the first day for all the employees with no one in charge. My quesadilla sat on the grill for about 10mins and the employee looked at me and said “it not cooking right”. Not to mention the absurd amount of time he stratched at his pants. My food was covered in so much oil I couldn’t even eat half of what I wasted money on. Another employee comes in and states “man I forgot I worked today” before walking back out for a phone call. Place is a joke

Great food and friendly service. Seemed very expensive!!! $35 for two burritos, no drinks, after all was tallied.
First when you walk in the restaurant the staff wasn't friendly at all.
I was watching the staff fix the food, and when I saw how tiny those burritos were, that was my cue to get out of line and go to Chipotle.
But I said Naaa they food good!
Boy was I wrong!!!!!!!
I ordered a stack, and when she put the first cheese on it, it wasn't even enough to melt, then she started putting on the toppings, I got adobe chicken, it wasn't even a full scoop! corn and it was burnt, you would have thought they would get a new batch since this was burnt-looking.
They gave me half scoop of rice and seems like 4 or 5 beans! Sour cream in a cup because I asked for it like that. When they put the cheese on, I asked for cheese twice because of the amount, it was ridiculous.
I got several sauces and they were nasty, the southwest vinaigrette tasted like plain vinegar, and didnt taste the southwest seasoning.
Moe’s used to be the place, they had good food and nice size portions, my food looked like a kid’s meal, that stack was sooooooooo dry!
I was so upset that my food was trash!!!
Never will I ever go back to Moe’s on Gunbarrel Rd, and this is what put the icing on the cake, a man came into the restaurant holding a dog!!!
When did restaurants start letting non-service animals in restaurants?
I was waiting for the staff to say please take your dog back outside, to the car or somewhere.
But I continued to watch because I couldn't believe my eyes, the dog was at the register with the owner checking out, and guess what maybe some of the dog hair was flying around in the restaurant, Im sure it was!
So with that being said, I will never ever buy food out of there again (Gunbarrel Rd) I wonder if the Hixson store like this?
Sorry its so long, but I had to tell it all🤍

I’m not sure why this location has dropped off so bad on food quality, maybe it is a night crew problem. It has become very bad. A burned Stack and very stale nacho chips for $16. I would have been better off at Taco Bell.
There are other similar restaurants
Nearby that are far better options. On top of burned food and stale chips the place was filthy. The employees had a good time chatting while the food burned though.
