So, I love Moe's, and I'm very sad we lost the one in ft.O. went to the one by Hamilton place, and I am not sure the employees weren't on drugs. The food dispite being good was barely room temperature. The bathrooms were fairly nasty. While my family say by the back door, and employee went out and propped the door open and start smoking. My pregnant wife was about to puke because of the smell and my small children were having to smell it Aswell. This was not a good experiance at all.

I was visiting and saw Moes and remember visiting one many times in the Carolina's. I was a but disappointed. The restaurant could have used some cleaning and stocking up. The tables were dirty, and the salsa containers were empty. I'm not sure if they maybe just had a rush, but there were 3 workers so it was maintainable.

I was told my pickup order would be ready at 12:19, and waited until 12:49 in store for the order. Then, it was raw.Ordered two chicken burritos, both came with raw, very raw, chicken in them. With it being a to-go order, of course this was not noticed until I was back at work. Upon seeing this, I called the store to let them know and request a refund. I was told I could bring the burritos back to the store and wait another 45 minutes for 2 more burritos, but they do not refund over raw meat.I asked to speak to someone else, was told there is no one else. I asked for the corporate number, and was told they do not have one, find it online.

Waited in line for 45 minutes. After getting the food and rushing back to work we started eating the food to find the chicken was raw. We called and asked that they refund us for the food and they said they would not do that. Don’t eat here. Very unpleasant experience.

Love the food! The servers were kind. What bothered me was when the server was trying to roll 2 burritos while I waited for my order to be taken. She touched the food, with gloves on, but she tried spreading out the food and then clumping it together and touched about every topping with her gloved hands. She repeated this process several time with each burrito. She did not change gloves in between customers. The cashier gentleman was kind and told me about the Monday deal. I ordered a bowl because I did not want the food I was about to eat to be touched over and over again. The lettuce looked old and not fresh. I didn't ask for lettuce in my bowl. The salsa bar needed cleaned up and restocked, the floors were dirty with food and chips, and the long rug by the door was also looking like it had seen better days. The servers were nice. The food tasted good.

I come here often and I like the food that I stick with. I haven't had bad service it's just that they can be a little more sanitary and attentive on how they prep people's meals. I don't want you sliding my burrito wrap on a dirty counter when it's going to be placed in a bag on top of my chips. I don't want you rubbing my rice in the burrito to spread it out and I don't know if you changed gloves. In fact, change your gloves more often after you have swiped food off the counter with them. Tables should be cleaned but never are. I know you guys have an autistic employee that wipes the table but just because he's autistic doesn't give him a pass to keep cleaning people's tables nor the ones around them a hundred times while they are eating. That's just rude customer service. He doesn't know any better but you do. People dine in to relax and be left alone, or do business. I couldn't do either on the day he was there. It's crazy that when customers are paying attention to these things and bring them to the employees attention it's either not a big deal to them or we're looked at as the bad guys for mentioning it.

Moes on Gunbarrel was GREAT! I loved the quality of the food, absolutely delicious. The workers were up so upbeat and friendly, welcoming me with a big smile. Surprisingly, they were quite empty when I came. I hope more people come to this location and enjoy a great experience!
