This was the most enjoyable meal I've had in forever. The absolute best burrito and service. The only place in Chattanooga to eat Mexican in my opinion.

Place was closed without notices. We drove extra 20 minute to get here just to find out place not open for dinner and closed an hour before closing hour posted on the door.

Honestly its very disappointing that this location has went so far downhill. We use to vissi this location weekly and just started coming back the past 3 weeks. However, we started having issues over the last 3 visits. Food under cooked and today being unchanged because we asked for our gauc and cheese on the side vs in the homewrecker bowls we purchased. Then when questioning the charge we are told that people have been doing their job incorrectly and we are driving up their food cost. Unfortunately, a bowl is 15 bucks currently and the behavior is bad for business. Not to mention I stated if we cant receive the same service and consistency we will no longer come back. To which the manager said ok and the worker continued to say dont come back then that's OK. Then kept yelling loud enough as I walked towards the door. It's business like this, behavior, and inconsistencies, that will make us again stop visiting this location or Moe's completely.

The person who took my order was extremely rude. He made unkind assumptions and appeared unhappy to be working there. He provided less than the bare minimum for each item, and when I requested extra guacamole, he looked at me as if I were asking for too much and questioned whether I would be willing to pay for it. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope that others are not treated the same way I was today.
