Very well assembled burritos with plenty of fillings and an outgoing, friendly staff.The only two drawbacks were the price - nearly $60 for 3 people is kind of crazy - and the cigarette smoke. One of the guys went out the door by the bathrooms and someone was smoking outside the door. It made half of the dining area smell like cigarettes. Not really pleasant for people like me who choke when they smell it.

Spam Use

The female manager on duty called the security guard to kick my friend out today bc she said he was loitering. He sat for over an hour alone and minding his own business on his off day. Whoever the MOD on Feb 5, 2024 around 4-5pm needs to be fired and I hope they won't be able to find a job. I will definitely be visiting this location to speak to this PoS of a human being. I'm calling to report this tomorrow. Do not support or go to this location.

I got severe food poisoning from here. It’s no surprise either. The employees were openly coughing their heads off on the food and laughing about it. The food was not warm and had clearly been sitting for a long time. They were out of most toppings because they didn’t want to re fill them so they left the old bits of food in the containers and offered you that.

My daughter has been begging to go to Moe’s lately. We used to go quite a lot and hadn’t been in quite some time, so after some Monday night Christmas shopping we decided to go. Our party ordered 4 burritos, a bowl, and a large queso. Everything went smoothly through the line…the food tasted like it should. Then about halfway through her burrito my mom pulled out a long hair…ugh…definitely wasn’t hers as it was pulled from within the burrito…she was done at that point. Otherwise the food was good, but that’s hard to get past.But that’s not all…after the hair incident, my mother decided to use the restroom. The restrooms here are not the type with stalls, but the type with just one toilet and a door that locks. Inside the bathroom in front of the toilet was a small trash can with about 4 inches of vomit inside. Again….yuck. Assuming the staff didn’t know about it and would want to dispose of it, she went to the employee at the counter and told him. His response was “yeah one of our employees is sick”. Yes, people get sick, even on the job at times, however dismissing it without having someone immediately remove the can of puke is disgusting. He did not move to correct the issue or appear to alert anyone else to do so. And yes, it was still there when we left.Overall…definitely won’t be going back to this location any time soon, if ever.

Staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered the building. The environment looked very clean. They made the food I requested and I enjoyed the food. I enjoy eating here periodically during my lunch break. I would to others to eat here.

Got veggie bowl and chips. Pico had gone bad. Salsa bar also had 2 types of and pico had gone bad. I cannot recommend this

I made an online order and picked up at the store. I asked the guy if my whole order was in the bag and he said yes. When I got home, I was missing half of my order. At no time after I had gotten my food and was making drinks did anyone behind the counter try to let me know that half my order was missing. I had to drive 25 mins back to the store to pick up the remainder of dinner. The food tasted like it had beef cooked a couple of days earlier. We will not be going back.

Every single time i try to order online from here whether it's a pickup ,delivery,a door dash or from the website it always says the store is not taking orders . Yet as I'm ordering jt will say online orders stop at 715 .it was 6 this last try. The place doesn't even close until 9 . So I'm not sure what the problem is . But they may want to find some employees who understand what customer service is . Really sad
