The kiwi chicken burrito was delicious! This was the first time I had eaten there and I will definitely go there again if I'm in the area. It was a pretty long drive from where I live in Ringgold; but, it was worth it to meet my granddaughter on her college lunch break! Customer service was good too!!
overall 5/10, very slow to have no variety, nothing authentic about it. 9/10 for customer service, definitely attentive & kind. 3/10 for food, I got the Mojo Burrito with “fire” chicken that I was definitely expecting to be spicy as they mentioned, but was not. The rice had no flavor and the serving size of chips is a very small amount. Nothing seemed fresh, the chicken was soggy and the serving station was honestly filthy.
I used to love the Mojo Burrito over off St Elmo, fun atmosphere, great view, amazing food. I always looked forward to stopping there when coming through town. I was so sad to see it had closed during the pandemic, but happy to see they had another store location that was now open. Not as charming of a location, but the food was still good, though not as amazing as I remembered at St Elmo. I still like this better than the chain burrito stores.
Decent burrito, I made my own. Though the burrito bar could’ve been cleaner and stocked better. Service was nice, but slow. Overall good pit stop but nothing outstanding to write home about.
Mojo is always fresh and delicious! I especially love the salsa. The only bad thing I have to say about that them is that before the pandemic the wait times were really long, but that just goes to show how popular they are.
In the world of quick made burritos, this one is pretty average. The service is generally slow and the taste is average in comparison. I'd much rather support local businesses, but this isn't better than any of the national chains.
Mojo is usually on point, but tonight they served me the bottom of the chili pot and it was just liquid. I commented that it looked more like soup than chili, but the server was unmoved and I decided to try it. It was almost entirely liquid. I went back and asked if I could have another bowl. They told me there was a new batch being made and they’d bring it to me. I thanked them but a new bowl never showed up. It was disappointing. I’ve never left Mojo hungry before!
Only the best burritos I've had in my entire life. What more can I say? My tummy is happy. And the people who work there are cool AF. Thank you!
It was okay. It seem like the employees were more interested in each other than taking our order. I was a bother I guess. I understand I'm not young and hip but good lord to be treated that way as a new paying customer is aggravating. The sizes were very small for the amount of money. Like oh you wanted pinto beans in that bowl here are 10 beans in your bowl. We were there to actually eat not "hang out".
Not very busy for a Friday night. Good food. I liked the fact that you get your food and pay right away, and can then sit down and enjoy your meal.

Tonight was my first time trying Mojo Burrito. We came in town to visit friends who moved to chattanooga. They took us here saying it was one of their favorite spots. It did not disappoint! Everyone was very friendly. The skinny girl in the bucket hat was very helpful. Not to mention the food was Great! We will be back next time we visit!
Food tasted great and staff was helpful. Josh took my order, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and both patient and accommodating of my complicated order. Thank you guys so much!
Any city worth it’s salt has a little restaurant with colorful walls and decor, a staff that has no apparent dress code, and a passion for good food. Chattanooga is no different. Mojo burrito is what you would get if Guy Fieri opened a chipotle! This place took me straight to flavor town and I’ll never not sing their praises. 11/10 would recommend.
She ain't what she used to be. Mojo's been a Chattanooga staple for as long as I can remember. I held off on this review all through the pandemic, as their other locations shut down due to failure after failure to adapt, hoping they'd bounce back better than ever. My family and I tried to stop in multiple times during COVID, totally appreciated their stringent protocols to protect their staff in those times, but did not order because they made it a painful process. You could walk up to the building with money in hand and a willingness to wait on a to-go order, but they wouldn't take your order in person, even though you were standing there. Thinking that maybe they've got some processes down now, I stopped in to grab lunch today. They are still only taking online orders, even though their dining room is open. We were fortunate to have a worker that shrugged and said he'd take it in person since they weren't busy. They weren't, but it still took quite a while to get our bowls. We used to have them made in the time it took to order them. How is it slower now? It also seems like the quality is lower. Anyway, it ain't what it used to be, and I hate that. Also, they don't have straws anymore if that matters to you. I didn't care, but the elderly couple near us was sad about it.
Used to love this place. But the quality of food and service since the pandemic has just gone down hill. I ordered online and my tacos are missing half their toppings, and they only gave me about 10 chips for my guacamole dip.
