Mr. Burrito Grill

I ordered a Steak burrito,usually the food is good, but today the steak had a tartness to it. The services was great, but the food was horrible. Now I see why I was the only one in the restaurant.

This food is just not seasoned very well. Even with cheese and salsa and steak.. just not very good. Great service though and very nice people.

So disappointed! I got nachos. The price had increased by at least $3.00 and the chips were stale.

I just love this place. Eat it up every time. Burritos are huge and worth the price!

I went in there not before last in order to burrito I get home and it's cold mostly cold and the items that was inside was the beans were hard the cheese wasn't even melded I mean I went there a long time ago in the food was great but this time one star didn't like it come home and threw it away spent about $18 and had to turn around and fix something else to eat And I live right down the street maybe 200 ft away

To be honest first experience having a burrito and I was impressed. For the same price you get of a sub from subway you get more food a healthier helpin and just better quality of service. Very impressed with the business and staff. If you are new to town definitely try this for lunch.

I ordered food to be delivered because their pickup order website was down. I did not want it to be delivered, I don’t have a choice. Wait for it to get delivered (for 4 people) and it’s missing a whole meal. I call and they just tell me they did nothing wrong and hung up on me! Hung up!?!

My boyfriend and I really like this place, but latley, the service has been super uninviting. When asking for nachos, they give you so many chips, but soon as you get to beans and rice, it's lterally like 2 tbsp of it, but they will go over board with the vegetables, salsa and dressings. It seems rushed, and if I'm paying that much, I should get a nice portion of the cost.

Safe place for my kids to go and eat out with their friends. Need I say more? Oh yeah, the kids really love the food. They say it's more healthier than other restaurants who specialize in fried foods.

If I could call 911 and shut the store down I would that's how upset I am. Customer service was very disrespectful. Not only do they have bad customer service everytime I order from here they give me the wrong order. Don't order from this store u will be very dissapointed!!!

I drive 10hrs to visit and eat here every time. It's everything those other chains pretend to be. Amazing quality and selection!
