I purchased a Taco Bowl yesterday just like I have on many occasions. I noticed to lady who was making it was barely putting toppings on it. I mean like a FEW strings of cheese and she grabbed about 5 to 6 pieces of corn and I said wait a minute what’s going on here and she said you have to pay extra if you want more toppings. I told her I’m paying $12 and some change for this Taco Bowl. What happening is they’re putting real small toppings on there and telling you that you have to pay extra for each topping when they’re already not giving you the full amount of toppings they should be given for the price you’re paying for. That’s definitely not right so I will take my money somewhere else and spend it. Oh yeah they even told me that you just get 1 spoon of Salsa now if you want more of the other Salsas it’s a extra charge now.

I went to Mr. Burrito’s MLK location a few days ago. I’m vegetarian and my boyfriend is vegan. Normally we can eat at burrito style restaurant like this because all the ingredients are kept separately. However, we won’t be returning to Mr. Burrito ever again because of their contamination issues. There was meat in the grilled veggies and it was extremely obvious based off the taste and look they had grilled them in the same pan the meat was cooked in. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue because we would still be able to eat the rest of the toppings and we would just skip the grilled veggies. However the cheese and sour cream were mixed into the salsa and all over the counter. We were desperately hungry and decided to overlook the contamination issues but now we’ve both been sick for the past two days. I feel like this location did not used to be this bad and it is extremely disappointing. Do not go here if you have dietary restrictions the cross contamination is extremely bad. Places like Chipotle unfortunately have to be our go to. We miss Mojo Burrito bring it back :(

This place used to be good, but they quality of their food as gone downhill, charged me $9 for a small cup of queso that they normally just put on your food for free. And it was watery

I wont be going back to Mr Burrito Grill ever again. I dont agree that, if you raise your prices u shoudnt lower your portion size as well. Many other places similar, ill go to them instead.

I ate there and got sick and there was mold in there cheese I would love a refund

SOO GOOD!! Just moved from Nashville and have been struggling to find good food spots. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. Haven’t even finished my food yet and had to leave a great review! The chicken is seasoned to perfection.

Delicious and authentic Mexican food. Everything was very fresh and seasoning was just right. Portions were generous. We got several tacos: steak, shredded chicken, chipotle chicken, grilled chicken. You can customize them how you want, with toppings and sauces. Prices are pretty good. You have to ask if you want corn tortillas otherwise they will give you flour. We got both and liked corn better. Definitely recommend this spot for some great, quick, fresh, and filling Mexican food in Chattanooga.

I ordered a burrito without any cheese, queso, or sour cream and specifically indicated that I had a dairy allergy. When I picked up my order and took it home I saw once I bit into it that the inside was completely covered in queso. I tried to call a couple times to get a refund but no one picked up the phone and the voicemail box is full. I am now unable to eat my meal and apparently won’t receive my money back.
