I recently visited New York Pizza Company in Chattanooga and was thoroughly impressed! The pizza is excellent—authentic New York style with a perfect crust, and as a Long Islander myself, I can vouch for its quality. The ingredients are top-notch, clearly fresh and high-quality, which really shines through in every bite. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Nice place. Pizza was very good as well as the pasta alla vodka. Our server was terrible, but Jennifer helped out and she was great. Pasta took so long to get that we had to take it to go.
As someone who grew up in NJ and grew up eating good pizza, this place is very good!!! I would say it's a tie between NY Pizza Company and one other place in town (Portobellos on hwy 58 if you must know) for the BEST authentic pizza in Chattanooga!! The service is always friendly, prompt and professional. I ate half the pie before I got home where my husband and daughter were awaiting the other half.. 😬 YUM!!!
