We had two different kinds of burgers. They were huge and delicious. Our waitress was so attentive and had a great personality.
Lovely food (and menu had lots of great options) and fabulous service from Lauren. Music in the bar area created a nice ambience too. Recommended.
We came during the big teacher in-service at the trade center. I had made a reservation for 12 but we didn't get there until 12:15 and they still honored it and already had the table ready to go. The waitress kept our drinks full was that just right amount of attentive. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. We were checked on by the chef to ensure we enjoyed everything. The ambiance was perfect after the chaos of the trade center. I will definitely come back again and again.
Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, atmosphere was quiet enough to enjoy conversation but not dull. Food was delicious. Overall will return when we come back to town.
The live music in the bar on Saturday, 7/12, was great. The menu is very good, but the food was average and the kitchen was very slow. We would probably go back for a drink and live music, but eat somewhere else for dinner.
We love this restaurant! It's one of our absolute favorites in Chattanooga. We haven't had a bad dish. However, we were very upset to leave and find a parking ticket on our window. We met another couple for dinner and they didn't have one. Neither one of us knew that we had to pay parking in order to eat here. $80 meal, $20 tip, and $40 ticket to park is unreal.
A spacious, cool, modesty decorated, casual restaurant with an excellent selection of burgers, sides and sharable appetizers. Attentive servers, large portions and a stylish large bar area. Live music on the weekends.
I had the brisket nachos on house chips and they were delicious. My friend had rhe brisket Mac and cheese it was also really good! We split house Nic & Norman's salad which hit the spot.
We went brunch on Sunday morning. We sat outside and had good service. We were disappointed by the quality and lack of meat that came with the dish. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't impressive for what we thought Nic & Norman's would be. Past visits have been so good and this was just disappointing.
Made reservations online with super short notice! (Less than 2 hours!) Was seated right away with the table already set. Service was fast, we ordered drinks and appitizers! We suggest trying all the dips! I took the server's suggestion on the pimento cheese and bacon burger, and it did not disappoint.

It took a little time for the waitress to get to us, but once she did the rest of the experience was outstanding.
Great overall experience. Took my wife to their Chattanooga location from Knoxville. Well worth the trip.
Food was great the portions were huge I think my salad could feed 4 people. Our waitress was great too.
We were a party of 7 with a dining reservation and seated at a table for 6 (all adults) so we were squished in knees/elbows touching. Our waiter was kind and very much on top of drinks and getting orders in, however, the food took forever to come out we waited for over a hour after we ordered. The food was good but after waiting that long it wouldn't have taken much. The ambiance was cool.
It took a very long time for our simple dinner for 2 not the fault of our server! The noise level was very “energetic “ LOUD! The food was heavily seasoned and not a place I would return to. Our waitress was very efficient and apologetic.
