Stopped at Niedlov’s in Chattanooga on my way to Nashville and it turned out to be a great find. The brisket sandwich was juicy and full of flavor and absolutely worth it. The panini was just okay, but the touch of lemon gave it a surprisingly refreshing finish. Wish I was served with salads instead of chips.
I usually take my coffee black, but the staff recommended their cold brew slushie, and it was phenomenal. Smooth, bold, and perfectly chilled. Def needed it.
The space has a warm, rustic charm, and the outdoor seating feels relaxed and homey, perfect for a slow morning or quick stop. Parking gets hectic during the lunch rush, so going early is your best bet. Was going in circle a few times.

Visited Chattanooga and searched for the best cookie in town. Their rye chocolate chip was the best I had! The bagel sandwich was amazing as well.
Fresh quality ingredients that show through the flavor. It's a small, crowded bakery - rightfully so for how delicious it is. We grabbed a few breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and coffees. The espresso is good quality as well.

Grabbed some stuff for the fam on my way out of town. It was all incredibly delicious. The cruffins, scones, and croissants were awesome. My kid loved the chocolate croissant. I would stop again for the cruffins, I keep thinking about them.

Get the miso and kale skillet and thank me later. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. The maple pecan latte was a nice treat as well. Their pastries looked heavenly, excited to try one (or four) next visit. Line was to the door but moved at a reasonable place and we were able to snag a table inside easily.

I really enjoyed eating at Niedlov’s, I ordered Chicken Salad on a croissant which was nicely complimented by a side of fresh and naturally flavored salted kettle chips. The croissant was fresh and flaky, the chicken salad was nice and creamy not dry at all and had a hint of lemon flavor, which I thought was a different but enjoyable take on chicken salad. I liked the difference in textures between the chicken salad croissant paired with the kettle chips! I thought the fresh flower arrangements on every table were a lovely and pleasant detail and also that they offer inside and outside seating to customers, I recommend trying Niedlov’s Cafe and Bakery!
