I love this place so much, it's the best pho I've ever had and I travel all over the place. I miss them dearly. 🥲

Very good Vietnamese food. Not the most friendly environment, but food is what counts. Tasty stuff. Too many tables crammed into a tiny space, so be forewarned.

Since we moved here in 2014 we always come and eat here with other Vietnamese friends. First of all the place is clean, the food is fantastic. However, the server who's also the owner with her husband is the cook they ran their business by just themselves. In contrast to the delicious food like the chef bowl and grilled pork chop you will likely to loss the appetite to eat if you happen to encounter the waitress/owner in a bad mood or as rude as she can be. Lately Noodle and pho was mostly closed for days than open without notice nor sign put up on for customers to know when their gonna be open. In addition to that their noodle texture has been changed to a lesser quality. Overall what is good food when your restaurant is always closed. JS

Don't go here if you need an itemized receipt, they don't know how to give you one... Lol... They just tell you what to pay and you pay it... WOW

This was hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. We waited an hour for a bahn mi sandwich and a bowl of pho—there’s no way it should take that long for either of those. Pho is made with prepped broth, so all they have to do is add noodles, broth, and toppings. A bahn mi sandwich doesn’t take much longer than a subway sandwich to make. During the whole hour, our server never checked in on us, and she wasn’t even busy—barely interacted with any other customers. After waiting an hour for food that should’ve taken 15 minutes, we just walked out.

If you want good pho that is flavorful - try Thai Smile in downtown. Their beef noodle soup is Thai style pho and the BEST pho I’ve ever had. Great service and food comes out quick.

The food wasn't as tasty as I was expecting, plus the server wasn't a pleasant person or was in a bad mood.

Food is always delicious here. If you're too hungry to wait for a great meal, this isn't the place for you. Their food is made when it's ordered and it takes almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. I love coming here to eat and love the music they play.

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love their food, but I went yesterday and the noodles were completely different. I did not like them at all. Can someone please post to confirm when they go back to the small noodles? These were like wide and flat. Changed the whole vibe of the pho. Still giving a 5 because it’s always been so good otherwise. My only other complaint is them not being open when they say they will be. Happens all the time.

I moved away from this area in December 2020 to a much larger city with a significantly larger Vietnamese population and many more Pho restaurants. Despite this, this restaurant remains the gold standard against which I compare every Pho experience. The Stewing Beef Pho (it used to be number 21 on the menu) here is amazing. I have never found any restaurant that surpasses it. I used to eat here so frequently that the owner knew my order as soon as I walked in. I miss this place so much! I miss how clean and consistent it was. The only thing I don’t miss is their sporadic closures or changes in operating hours. Since I moved away, I’ve tried probably 50+ Pho restaurants, and only one even comes close to this place, but none exceed its food taste and quality. Who knew the best Pho was in Hixson, TN!

Food/Taste/ - ordered two Pho with one Rare Beef (#13) and one Rare Beef and Brisket (#15). The broth was a bit salty but quite one dimensional where we didn't care to finish the soup. The rare beef was already cooked all the way through by the time it arrived at our table that we're not quite sure what the difference between that and well-cooked would be. It was interesting in that there were sliced mint in the soup but the cilantro was out on the plate for you to add based on preference. While the noodle was good, it wasn't quite enough to fill either of us.

- very efficient but not friendly at all since she seemed annoyed at any questions/requests. We've been to small Asian restaurants before but this is a whole different level of curtness.

- clean overall with light instrumental music playing

Value for price: 4/5 - not the best pho but seemed like it was one of the only options around. Not sure why they were selling live fish as pets at a restaurant....?
