I recently ordered some products from this store and had them delivered. When they arrived some of the items were damaged. I emailed the store and the manager responded quickly! She was so great and immediately had the order redid and delivered. They arrived perfect! This stores customer service is top notch!

10/10 Customer Service Experience

I ordered some bundtinis for delivery to celebrate an employee's birthday. Unfortunately, the Uber Eats delivery never made it. I called the store to see what could be done. They kindly and professionally handled the matter - they made up fresh bundtinis and had their own personal delivery team bring them!

My favorite cakes and my favorite NBC location! Kamryn and her team do such a wonderful job catering to every customers needs.

I love that they have goodies, gifts, and cards for last minute birthday or party needs. Such a good touch.

While I was there they were also giving samples which was nice to try a new flavor!

I love these double Bundt towers, perfect for my girls retreat and just great for any gift or personalization! I loveeee NBC and how caring the team at this location is!

Got a gluten free Bundt cake for my daughter’s birthday. It was so delicious and decorated so cute. We were so impressed by the taste. Freshness and how it was decorated. I would definitely get more cakes from them.

I was introduced to Nothing Bundt Cakes when someone had brought them as a gift to the office that I work for. I have been addicted ever since! The seasonal pumpkin spice flavor is absolutely delicious, but the white chocolate raspberry is always a solid choice. 10/10 would recommend!

You have an Angel among you her name is Abby. This young lady was so warm and welcoming. I received terrible news as I was in the process of checking out. She went far and beyond to make my experience here extra sweet. Her compassion goes before her this was by far the kindest customer service experience that I have had. Your cakes are consistently delicious. My family and I are looking forward to the opening of your Hixson location.
