I normally get boxes with my cakes. Now all of a sudden they tell me they cannot put a decorated cake in a box. But gave me one to place it in. Then tell mr they never did that. If I ask for a cake I bought to go in a box put it in there.

We always get great service and great quality at this location in Chattanooga. In November we had a slight mix up and they fixed everything right away. Extremely professional and kind. We highly recommend them and use them for all our family celebrations. I love the Red Velvet and my wife loves the strawberries and Cream!

Don’t expect personalize customer service from the manager at this store like so many other Nothing Bunt Cake location will do for their customer when placing your order. I simply asked for the frosting to be drizzled on one of the buntlet cakes aswell so it would match the tiered 8” and 10” cake that they are already making for me for my sons wedding. She would not do it. Which makes no since that they can do it on the 2 bigger ones and won’t go the extra step to make the small one match. My order is $140 and they have no flexibility at all to try to make customer satisfied. Just about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! There are many many pictures online showing examples how other franchise locations were kind enough to do it for their customers but the Chattanooga manager did not care enough about customer satisfaction to take this simple for my our special celebration! She Said it was corporate policy. But others are doing it! I wanted to stack the cake 3 high which she would t do for me either like others do, but was willing to do that myself. But I wanted the drizzle to match. Absolutely a joke! We Won’t be back for any special occasions after this. Local bakeries will go out of the way for you to earn your business, but not Chattanoogas Nothing Bunt Cake manager!

Melinda at the Chattanooga bakery was great very helpful and pleasant, the store was clean and well maintained. The other employees were nice and pleasant aswell, I suspect the cakes will be great. We will be back very soon, I was happy to feel that I was important as a paying customer and appreciated. Good Job and thank you!

Picked up a dozen assorted flavor Bundtinis for a birthday-eve celebration for my daughter! They were so cute and delicious and a big hit with everyone! The sparkler numbers they carry were a cute addition.
The people at this location are so kind and caring. They went above and beyond to try to make sure the gift I ordered for my Daddy, would be delivered to him. My Daddy is elderly and does not always hear his phone. When they were unable to get in touch with him for the delivery, they even re-made the order the next business day, and attempted to deliver it again. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and it’s employees! It is so refreshing to know there are still businesses that care so much about their customers! A special shout out to Tracy for her great attitude and communication with me! She is truly amazing!!!

This was our first stop in here. Very friendly staff, no wait time, and lots of variety. The lady explained that they had a tote bag that you could buy which if you did you buy three of the individual Bundt Cakes and got your fourth one free. They also have a punch card that goes along with that. Very great experience.

This place is HEAVEN! All of their bundt cakes are always fresh and delicious. The service is great too! They immediatly greet you as SOON as you step foot in the store. I always get the carrot cake there and it's my favorite. I also like the raspberry bundt cake too. I highly recommend these guys :)
