The Hokkaido restaurant is in a strip mall on Hwy 58. The food was good but the yum yum sauce was kind of bland. We ordered the dinner portion and the amount of food we got looked like a lunch portion. I felt like it was kind of expensive for what you get. Soho Hibachi in Hixson gives you way more food and it cost less. As far as our service we had to ask for a To-go drink because we never got a refill on our drinks. When we walked out the door some bum tried to get money out of us. Would I eat here again, maybe.... But they need to adjust their prices and portion sizes first.

I normally go here for the fried rice 😇 it’s so good! Everything else I have tried on their menu has been phenomenal! From the tofu sushi to the honey chicken baby everything is good asf 🥰

I go here about once a month and it is always a great experience. Never too busy, but the food is wonderful. I love the bento box options since it gives you some sushi and some hibachi. Their sushi rolls are also done expertly and they always look and taste amazing!

The rolls are pretty good as far sushi goes in Chattanooga, but the Chinese food isn't it. I'd stick to the Japanese menu if you want to enjoy your meal. The Chinese food is covered in a thick, sickly sweet, gelatinous blanket that will leave you with a look on your face. I threw mine out.

Came in for a pickup order I placed online, I got the salmon avocado roll and spicy tuna roll and pan seared pork gyoza. I’ve had a lot of sushi in my life and dumplings but this place tasted by far the most fresh. I wasn’t expecting much but it was so delicious I can’t wait to come back and try the specialty rolls. Highly recommend
