Food is quite pricey but they have a very nice beer selection from what I gather, I'm not a drinker but friends of mine that are tell me the selection there is top notch.Parking: Mall parking lot so it's basically unlimited if you're willing to walk ?

Waitress wouldn’t listen to our questions or specifics we wanted on our order. She was dismissive and having a food allergy made this very concerning.Have gone another time and they ran out of cauliflower crust and served us pizza in a bowl. But the first time was really good and we enjoyed the experience

Another bad experience at Old Chicago. It appears they don’t have enough servers as many tables were empty. We waited at the bar about 30 minutes before being seated. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before deciding to leave. No one had been to our table or even acknowledged us. As we left, we explained the situation to the hostess. She didn’t say anything. Didn’t apologize. She just looked at us and mumbled something to another guest.

The Old Chicago that we had in our area closed down a few years ago. It was great to find one again! We love the Italian Nachos and they were as good as ever! The staff was kind and the restaurant wasclean. Service was fast.

“annie” was an awful bartender. They used to have solid employees here and idk what happened but management is dropping the ball. Seems like lots of petty issues goes on behind the scenes with the higher ups here. Plenty of other great pizza places to check out in the area.

meh, managers seem like awful people. bartenders all seemed new and catty. definitely needs a change in management and they need to hire people with some experience. I’m assuming they have a high turnover rate but still it’s no excuse. do better.
Just another bar slash restaurant. Hard to find much open past 10 PM in Chattanooga. Being from the suburbs of Chicago I do not endorse the use of "Chicago" in the name of this establishment. You can't drive a clown car and tell people it's a Ferrari. Old Chattanooga Pizza would be acceptable. Waitress was attentive, place was clean.

Got a table pretty quick, waitress was nice. No beer menu for what was on draft, had to walk up to bar from dining area to see what was on tap. Ordered pizza took a bit for it show up but no big deal. Ordered a Chicago 7. Showed up with no sausage. Waitress talked to manger they have us a second pizza to go, still no sausage.
