Hi, I did wanted to give 2 star but consider this as a point to improve. This was my first time there for lunch around 2pm. I was meeting someone for the first time. We were served by Carter. He was polite and actively checking on us. However, he kept checking so often that he kept interrupting us every 10 mins inspite of saying that's all we need for the day in the first 45 mins of dining. It almost felt as if he wanted to push us out of there though there's still food on plates and there was ample space for new customers. Its good to check on the customers but please be mindful about how often you're doing that. Otherwise, appreciate the service.

Used to visit about once a week, but it's been awhile. The food was still as great as I remembered, but the service Reilly provided was phenomenal and will be the main reason I'll try to visit more regularly. This location never disappoints and I'll definitely ask for her next time I visit.

The commercials finally got us and we decided to come here with our friends and their kids. 3 adults and 3 children between the ages of 1-6. We had the most amazing and attentive service from start to finish. The employee running the to-go orders greeted us with a smile and held open the doors for us. Our server was prompt, knowledgeable and kind. The food was delicious and came out quickly. One of the kid’s entrees came out a little later than the rest of the food (which was no big deal for us) and the manager came out and brought it to the table and explained the delay. I’m not kidding when I say it was the most pleasant and enjoyable dining experience I’ve had in a very long time. Great job Olive Garden at Hamilton Place!

We visited for lunch and had a great time. Staff was able to seat us right away. Service was friendly and quick to our needs. The food was well presented. Food was hot and fresh. There was a nice ambiance and I look forward to returning!
