We were celebrating my mother in law's 89th birthday at OG - one of her favorite places. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was very, very slow. What's worse, 3 wait staff were standing next to us complaining about another coworker so loudly that we were basically pulled into their drama of someone's chicken alfredo being taken by another waiter to a table that had been waiting less time. Our server was really nice but it was just overall a tacky, tacky, experience. Thank goodness my mother in law can't hear worth a darn or it may have affected her experience.

Food was actually great. Service was not. It seems everywhere you go these days are lacking on quality of service. I don’t expect a lot. Bring out the food as ordered (in a timely manner) and keep my drink filled (with the same thing I ordered). When I pay over $70 for a 2 party meal I expect the best of service.

I just went here today and got the fried chicken Alfredo. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after I left I began to feel really ill. I later started throwing up and developing stomach pain. It’s safe to say I have food poisoning. I won’t ever go back but the service is good. Besides that I won’t step foot in this place again.

No healthy options. Ordered chicken margarita ($20??). Was just a pool of grease. Mushy broccoli. Salad was like dressing soup. Menu is ok, a lot of dishes are just from the build your own. Restaurant was pretty empty. Definitely not upscale like it used to be. Maybe they can open a drive through window to replace fazzolis...

Me, my girlfriend, and her little sister had a great experience. Service was fast, food was delicious and hot, and our server Delwin made the overall experience a 12/10. He was very kind, a wonderful server, and really impressed us. Will be coming back soon and highly recommend!
