We sat at the bar last night with an amazing bar tender/ bus table/ server named Annie. Upon arriving I was in doubt due to not being greeted like normal and it was obvious they were short staffed. We were in no hurry and we patiently watched Annie take care of multiple tables and she made our night. The food was amazing as always when we got it. She works two jobs and she is definitely a hard worker and keeper. Thank you Annie for making our night

Horrific. Hostess was rude and not at all friendly. Had to WAIT HALF HOUR to be seated, even though TWO DINING ROOMS were COMPLETELY EMPTY. Several other ppl were waiting to be seated, and some asked if they could wait at the bar, but were told NO because they didn't have a bartender and the BAR was CLOSED. My Mom ordered from the menu chicken marsala, only to be told NO ...it had been DISCONTINUED! Why would you offer menu items, or a bar, or dining rooms that you CAN'T SERVE or USE?! Horrible service and experience. This used to be a nice place to eat, but not anymore.

Food was fresh and delicious, no complaints whatsoever. But our server is what made the experience. I forgot my receipt on the table, but I believe his name was Caleb. He made the atmosphere what it was - fun and enjoyable!

We came here for a nice relaxing dinner after watching a movie just down the street. We were seated promptly with no waiting on a Saturday evening. Our server showed up quickly and took our drink order. She returned momentarily with our drinks and bread sticks then took our order for two build your own pasta meals. It was almost 45 minutes later that we asked for a manager because we didn't receive our order. The manager went to the back to find out what had happened. She returned shortly and told us that our food would be out shortly. Our server stopped by and told us that they had run out of creamy mushroom sauce but were making a new batch which sounded like a lie. The manager brought out our food and told us that a different server would be taking over. The managers made sure that every thing was good and discounted our meal and gave us each a complimentary dessert.

Only thing good was the waitress was nice, other than that none out of noodles (out of a party of 7) where either under cooked or over. The wait was so long we didn't bother to say anything just took it home and fixed it myself. It was my nieces birthday but yet no one sang to her even after we said something multiple times. Definitely never returning to this establishment, if u need a new cook call me.
