Out of mushrooms for chicken marsala at 5:30!! Salmon was good but brocceli was not even warm. Sister had to ask for Alfredo sauce 2x for her dry pasta. Her soup was very thin for a creamy soup with very little chicken or pasta in it. The bread sticks, salad, and service was great and our tip showed this. Bad kitchen experience was not the waiters fault. I had gotten out of the hospital and this was not a great experience.

Olive Garden used to be my favorite place, but this location needs to be investigated big time. I found a piece of plastic in my soup, like a plastic bristle from a cleaning brush!! The place smells damp and dirty when you walk in, stagnant and zero air circulation. I went last year during summer, and they sat me in the back by the window with NO air on. It was scorching, and the floor smelled so bad. I couldn't finish eating it was so hot. My waiter wasn't filling my drink either, so my drink was empty, and I was burning up. I asked for a to-go box and high tailed it out of there. Didn't go back for a while, decided to try again recently and it's gotten worse. The floors smell AWFUL. The whole place still smells damp and dirty, like mildew. So bad.Parking: Parking was good, lots of spaces available. Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.
The Olive Garden Chain has lost its way. A reduced menu and the quality has shifted.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed here.First off the managers have decided that heat is a luxury for more affluent restaurants. This place was freezing, the staff was bundled up, the guests were bundled up. I overheard another staff member saying every morning (we arrived at opening time on Sunday) it is like this. The food cools off very quickly when the ambient air temperature is so low. Kudos to the manager on finding a way to save a few hundred dollars per year since I didn't see anyone leave and there were plenty of people waiting for tables when we finished our lunch.Or food took about an hour from placing the order, until it was delivered to the table. Not sure why, since there were less than six other people in the restaurant when we ordered, again we arrived right at opening.
