Service was great, loved the waiter. The food, especially the steaks are not very desirable due to too much seasoning. I wish they would review how they're making them and seasoning them. I don't believe I'm the only one because they're just not as busy as they used to be.

Had an amazing experience at the Outback in Hixson. Came specifically to brag on the service I received from our bartender Hailey. We have came in here a couple of times before and she remembered our drink order straight away and genuinely seemed happy to see us. We had some special requests and she made sure all of them were correct. Definitely go sit at the bar and ask for her!

Tried to give this location another try after a previous negative experience, and unfortunately, no luck. Other than the Bushman Shrooms, every steak has been a disappointment. Either overcooked, or suspiciously, the wrong cut of meat in disguise for the order.

Cameron served me last night. His service was excellent. I could see that he took time with customers to answer questions about the menu and take care of anything that was needed. The food is always great. I highly recommend Outback Hixson!

We always love going to Outback during lunchtime. I got the potato cheese soup and the house salad. All you can eat, which they make the best potato cheese soup. My husband got the coconut shrimp. You can never go wrong with that either I had the best server he found out it was my birthday and I was able to get the best carrot cake course. I had to take some of my salad & soup home along with the cake , But you can never go wrong going tooutback

We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was around 25% full. Our server had no more than 4 tables and the service was horrible. She acted like she really did not care. The food was average at best. We will not be back. Not the type of experience we expected.
