Outback Steakhouse

My second time eating Outback. The first time was in Lawrence, KS several years ago. Tonight's was in Chattanooga, TN. It's probably my last. I wasn't terribly hungry, so I ordered a cheeseburger. It was a frozen, preformed patty, which isn't terrible, but, for the cost, it was poor. Wife's steak wasn't bad. The fries are less than stellar. Service made up for a lot, but she can only do so much. She was friendly and very attentive. I tipped her well. Like I said, it'll be my last time eating there. I wanted Logans Roadhouse, but our daughter wanted Outback. She'll be overruled next time.

My wife and I eat at the Outback Steakhouse near Hamilton Place in Chattanooga at least once a week, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food is consistently outstanding — we both absolutely love the Alice Springs Chicken, and when I'm in the mood for a great steak, the Center Cut Sirloin is my go-to. Always cooked perfectly! This location has become one of our favorite weekly traditions. Highly recommend!

Went on a Sunday afternoon to get lunch. Multiple dishes were over salted. Service was okay, nothing good or bad. Not worth the price tag to try average food.

The staff were very accommodating to our party of 12, especially when right down the road Texas Roadhouse didn't want anything to do with our group (told 2 hour wait and then we would be separated). Everyone was helpful and nice, service was outstanding, only complaint we had was my brother and sister in laws steak was more on the rare side of medium rare. Good all around!

Kid-friendliness: We had 8 kids total in our party and they were very accommodating and welcoming.

Take out order was spot on.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Food was brought out exactly when they said it would be.
Delicious and still hot when I got it home.
Price was reasonable.
Definitely recommend and will be back for more.

Parking: Convenient on the right of the building facing the front. Plenty of parking.

I asked for my steak to be WELL DONE, my steak is cold, raw and pink on the inside. I feel sick. The salad had to be made with old or expired food ingredients, it’s brown, the rice is undercooked & cold!

UPDATE: One of the managers reached out to me and made things right. I appreciate that. While dining in, if something wasn’t done to my liking, they always made it right.. them reaching out to me by phone is the type of customer service I expected and was accustomed to. Thank you

I ordered salmon to-go and when it arrived it was raw inside. I contacted the store to get a refund on this order, but no one ever responded to me.
